The gut behind the counter was really friendly and he even gave me an extra cup of pepperoni bites because it was around closing time (you should try them)

I was genuinely surprised to see a Wetzel's Pretzels open up all the way out here. BUT, definitely not complaining. This location is small, clean, and parking has never been an issue. Makes it easy to pop in, grab a pretzel, and go. Service has always been great. Now the Pretzels themselves, soooo good. So far, everytime I've gone my pretzels have never been hard and dry. It's alway been nice and soft. I have yet to have an issue with portion and size. Alsoooo, I don't know who needs to hear this but they are the only location I know of that has ALMOND CRUNCH. Definitely will be back.

Not sure if I have to rate this. But my experiences had been horrible. The first time I came here, they forgot my dipping sauce and I ordered 2 lemonade but they only gave me 1. I let it pass since I only got charged with 1. Thought I would give it another shot. So went here yesterday and my lemonade was filled with a huge ice, I could not even put my straw, they forgot my other dipping sauce which I paid for 4 dipping sauces. And the staff are no friendly. It's merely a transaction service.
Stopped in just had a fresh pretzel. It was great nice outdoor tables and chairs. I will return, plus they have 50% off during the week. Check it out nice experience and clean and new.

Understaffed, one worker -6 separate groups ordering in store with a large online order. Ethan kept a smile on his face a great attitude the entire time. Hopefully he receives assistance because it's a one man show. Ethan is a very hard worker and is definitely do the job for multiple employees.

What's not to like about Wetzel's Pretzels? Maybe how pricey it seems to have become. Luckily I had a buy-one-get-one coupon from the Get1Free magazine, which is why I made the trek over to deep Spring Valley to get my son and I some pretzel bites. Nice interior and polite service. Fresh pretzels. It was an enjoyable experience.
