I don’t like their menu. I don’t really like the food. All the gross meats.

Went through the drive-thru and the service was very poor. The order taker spoke too fast and couldn't quite understand me (maybe it was an electronic issue). The sauce they use for the rice bowls/plates is too sweet! This is suppose to be a savory item not a dessert. This last time I went through the drive-thru I tried to order the fried chicken. They didn't have any available and told me that it would take too long to cook. The udon noodles are TOO salty. Awful food and service.

I went into the drive thru and order my food. I was told to wait in front and waited about 15 minutes to get my food. When I got home to eat the Tokyo fried chicken wasn’t even chicken. It was burnt and only pieces of the fried breading there was no chicken inside

I ordered an extra large combo meal and I was surprised that the sweet glaze you guys use was fairly sweet and it overwhelmed the product. I was not impressed. I was wondering if there was a more savory more salty glaze that fits the actual product?

Late night Customer Service really needs to step up here.

July 27, 2024 arrived at 9:24pm been waiting for almost an hour it's 10:23pm Cops were called for some fight that looks like it was a customer and employees. The manager said it should be a minute that was 28 minutes ago. Now I'm waiting to get my card refunded this is ridiculous ? 0 stars

The employees are usually a little grumpy but the food especially the gyoza and teriyaki chicken is always delicious.

Parking: The parking lot is small and very narrow off of busy Sweetwater ave in Spring valley.

There food is always great can't complain at all...I'm updating my review,I went today and decided to try there new Tokyo fried chicken and I was very disappointed when I got it I saw how burned it was so I'm never buying that again I recommend not to purchase it

Yhe guy behind me got his order before me??? The manager Niki is rude and disgusting she touched her nose while talking to me

This place fell off completely. We waited about 5 mins to order then waited 20 mins to get our food. Plates wete half empty which at thus point I'm glad because I believe we got food poisoning from this food this was all we ate yesterday and we woke up sick thus morning. Noodles were spur tasting.
