A waited for 2 min before i was told to wait and then, waited for 5 more minutes until i decided to leave. There were no other vehicles waiting so, no excuse for them to have you waiting that long.

The customer service was very disrespectful. She cursed at us and then when we try asking for a money back, she said no, and left her food outside and still gave us a face and started giving us the middle finger do not recommend to eat their??????

Good food, sort of an odd menu with one soup and it is clam chowder. As usual, sort of an industrial dining room. Restroom is locked due to the quantity of deadbeats and transients in Spring Valley.

I love the food and I've eaten at this very restaurant when service was much better but they are understaffed and that's just unacceptable. The restaurant is open but you can't dine in so we ate in our car. I would recommend not going here right now since our order was thrown together even though there was no rush. They just aren't doing well. For the record, I blame the owner not the staff, this needs to be handled.

The restaurant provided an incredibly disappointing experience characterized by rudeness and a severe lack of customer service. Upon realizing they had gotten my order wrong, I returned to the establishment for a refund, only to be met with further disrespect as they insisted I had ordered incorrectly. Their refusal to acknowledge their mistake and assist me was incredibly frustrating. It's evident that the staff lacks the willingness to provide helpful and respectful service. As a first-time customer, I expected some guidance, which unfortunately was completely absent. Overall, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment due to its abysmal customer service standards. I don’t know the girls name but she black and tall. Very rude!

I went at 6:45pm on Friday the 23 and this asian girl with glasses took my order. When i got to the window, she looked at me and left: This other girl came and took my order AGAIN. The girl with glasses then came back, handed my food and just left. She didn't give any condiments at all. I had to wave to the cook to come help. It's always the teenagers who don't care about good service because they're getting paid either way. She was so rude, and talking on the phone on the clock?? Food didn't even taste right either. Never going there again.

My husband and I were standing in the front cashier lobby to order and Adriana saw us but didn't even recognize us, just continue ignoring us. We were standing there for good 7 mins. She was helping the drive thru window. Then when she decided to help us get our order. She wasn't paying attention to us and she was still getting the order from her headsets (from the drive thru order) so guess what happened she didn't get our order right because she was attentive to us. When my husband said that I need small beef bowl she told my husband that he didn't order it and he order one large bowl instead. But what my husband order was one large and one small bowl. And she has the nerve to tell husband that's he didn't order the small bowl. How can she get it if she's not paying attention to our order because she was doing the lobby and the drive thru window. Never ever come back to this store and I will definitely will tell all my friends not to go to this store. The lobby was messy. The table wasn't clean.

Terrible Drive Thru Service! Younger lady with horrible attitude. This was my first time at Yoshinoya, and it was not a great impression. Food was undercooked. Staff is sitting around and talking in the customer area. Cashier snatches and shoves everything into my hand while cutting you off before every sentence. My wife was cut off multiple times during her questions. We were made to wait in the handicap parking for our food. HORRIBLE! Don't want to assume they're all like this, but so far, I'm not in a hurry to eat here. There's other great options around the same area!

I new a employee and was told don't eat there because if they find maggots in the food they are told to just close the inside and keep the drive thru open for business so if you choose to it there beware you have been warned

After making your order and praying, the cashier asks you to move to a park and wait area. After 15 minutes I began to think they had forgotten me. I had to call into the store to check on my order. It took another 8 minutes for them to bring out my food. Not returning any time soon.
