OK last night at ZaD it was very very quiet no poeple so me and my family was only there we were very happy.

I called today to place an order they placed me on hold for 15 min . I had to call back in 10 min when they asked me to hold again I asked the lady what is the expected wait time she started arguing and she said what do you want me to do am
by myself I told her that being short staffed should no affect the customer service. She said this is ridiculous and hang up on me. This is the worst person ever and I have been a customer for this place for many years. Will never deal with them nor recommend catering at my organization as well

My favorite restaurant in the San Diego area has to be Zad it’s has the best mediterranean food. The service is amazing. I love their food they have a wide variety of different kinds of foods. I got the chance to try their amazing pacha and it was very delicious. I would recommend it to anyone who loves pacha. This restaurant is just a 10/10 restaurant and if you’re ever in the area hungry for some delicious and clean food there is Zad. The new owners are very nice and friendly. They come up to you always and check up on you and they show some great hospitality. As soon as you enter the restaurant the atmosphere of it is amazing. All the waiters are amazing and their customer service is out of the roof amazing. The restaurant has a lot of great meals that you wont see at other mediterranean restaurants so if you ever want a wide variety of mediterranean then you should go visit Zad. I promise you will have the best experience there and you will always want to go back and dine in. You should try going on the weekdays because on the weekends there always packed with large groups of people so I recommend visiting on a weekday rather than a weekend.
