Wonderful family operated restaurant with great service and food. I got very bad service down the highway at Pierpoint so left after waiting an hour and it was refreshing to come here for lunch and interesting conversation with the son of the owners.
We visited Cedar Slope Brew for the first time this weekend, and it was amazing! We camped up the road at Quaking Aspen (also amazing), and it was nice to be able to hang out at a friendly, local-owned, mom and pop cafe/pub. The food was great, the owners are super-friendly, and the views were amazing. All the bakery treats are made in-house, and the maple-glazed scones were delicious! They have great beer on tap, and the bartender is a great guy to chat with! I would highly recommend...
The vibes are immaculate and the food is fantastic. Despite being nearly all tables full at 1pm on Saturday, our food took maybe 10 minutes. Dogs are allowed to roam and they're all so friendly. The family owned business definitely gives great mom and pop vibes, which it is, and it's just a fantastic little stop on our trip.
