I’ve had Poor Richard’s in Porterville so I was expecting a thin, crispy, and crunchy pizza already. I know the pizza is usually on the thinner and crispier side. However, this is my second time here in the Springville location and this time the pizza was like a tostada. It was terrible. The crust was like a crispy tostada but still chewy. And there was a thick layer of cheese. We were so dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality of the food. My young kids couldn’t eat it because it was so crispy and chewy with the crust almost burnt. I’m not sure if this is usually how it’s prepared. If you don’t like pizza on the thin and crispy side please choose a different location for your pizza cravings. It’s also very overpriced for the quality of the food. We paid over 40$ for a medium 2 topping pizza, an order of tots, and 2 drinks for a family of 4.

I had a poor experience. The prices were egregious for the quality and quantity of food supplied.

The people that work here are very nice it's got a good vibe and a good atmosphere. But the prices are kind of high I mean 26.00 for 10 chicken wings is kinda crazy. It's a fun place to hang out if you have the money.

The pizza itself is fine but $52 for a single large takeaway pizza is basically highway robbery. Not sure how these prices are justified.

One of those awesome places that mistakenly believes it's honest and good customer service to charge vegetarians $11 for a salad with 3-5 kinds of meat on it they can't eat. Refuses to budge because at this establishment the customer is always wrong. Lots of people limit meat because of health concerns (heart disease, high blood pressure, MS). At this place we are all SOL. Also our pizza was burn to a crisp. It's worth the time to drive to town to Round Table.

We've been eating at the original Poor Richards since the 80s. Always loved it. Were happy to see one open in Springville where we live. It was good at first but has gone downhill fast. Ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday party today. They forgot to make the 2 cheese pizzas. And the ones they gave us . . Two had gross, lumpy weird tasting cheese. The staff was rude and not helpful in the least. Pretty sure they won't last
My wife and I have eaten here 3 times now. Pizza is amazing. Not greasy like most pizza parlors! The loaded tots are really good. And the wings have a nice heat to them. I like hot, so to some people they might be too hot.

My baby shower was thrown here and the food was great and the service was very attentive. Fast forward almost a year and it's still amazing. Shawndee is one of our favorites here and she'll be a reason why we keep coming back.

Someone at my work recommended to try Poor Richard’s pizza. I really wanted to like it but the crust and cheese were just terrible. I don’t even know what kind of cheese is on this pizza it was like mush but it was definitely not mozzarella. I couldn’t finish my slice. I feel really bad because I don’t ever mind paying for overpriced food when it’s delicious but this was just sad. Also I tried making conversation with the staff and she was really short and eventually didn’t care to respond. I couldn’t even get plates as my pizza was to go because they never came back to the front for me to ask. Poor Richard’s truly is a fitting name.

Sadly my daughter's pizza took so long and didn't get an apology. I think they forgot... Customer service needs work. We were so confused since we dined in but had to ask for plates and forks. Very pricy for service.

I called to find out who the owners was and worker “Cody” who answered the phone said no one who works there knows the owner full name! I was told that this establishments may be “racist “ for whites only and we found out why the staff kept leaving the front doors open as to make it too hot to stay and eat there, but we stayed the food was okay but the food was okay burned ends weird looking ranch dressing. It was very apparent that we are not there kind when ALL OF US adults got sick! Like vomiting I am on a lot of medication and I couldn’t keep it down so there making it a very dangerous situation!! Anybody that is not there kind I advise you to eat elsewhere! We spent almost $250 that trip and I will never ever go there again none of the 9 people that went that day will EVER go there again!!
