Excessive packaging for food. Would be nice if they were more sustainable

This review is only for Coupa Cafe charging $0.25 for water. The food is good, service is good, prices are a bit high. But I was just shocked when I asked for water and they said it would be $0.25.

I got a caramel macchiato and it was definitely not made right, it tasted like watered down coffee that is extremely overpriced. They took a long time for the order, forgot others’ orders but more importantly, they were quite disorganized and left several cartons of milk out in between orders, which was concerning to me. I know at other coffee shops I see baristas putting the milk/supplies back, but these guys were all over the place. The only thing they’ve got going for them is that they’re in a prime spot for students/profs who need their morning coffee fix. I won’t be returning for low quality overpriced coffee.

I love Coupa!!! They have a great menu with quality, tasty food. For salads I like the Beverly Hills chopped salad (with chopped mixed greens and romaine lettuce, olives, asparagus, grilled chicken, avocado, tomato, gouda cheese, dijon mustard vinaigrette - I also request to add quinoa), the paninis and wraps are great (e.g. their bacon club panini), and their matcha lattes are always on point! The staff are always friendly and prepare the food with care, and the open outdoors seating and environment at the heart of Stanford GSB are warm and beautiful!

We were visiting Stanford University for a global conference, and this spot was great for sharing ideas with my colleagues.

Disgusting drip coffee, would not get again that again.Though the food is definitely good and worth the price/wait relative to the area.

One of the better cappuccinos I have had in a while.

A great little cafe on the Stanford campus. Me and my engineering crew walked over there before putting a basketball game on TV. Great service. Excellent food. We will probably stop back there again.

As you would expect from one of the Coupa Cafes, though with less seating around than others on campus. There is, however, a large study location in the courtyard for general use, so it's likely assumed people will go there instead for sitting and enjoying their products from the Cafe. Would be nice to include a few more small bites items for lower cost for those running through between classes and meetings.

Love Coupa Cafe but the service at this one is not up to par.Requests for water were ignored with two different orders -- one, an order at the cashier where I asked for water with my blended drink, and another later mobile app order where I requested water in order notes.Frustrating to have to wait and ask again both times for H20.Food and drinks great though!

cocky attitude and indifference to customer service issues caught my attention and hence drafting of this review on their behalf.
