I used to go hear for a few years but decided to stop. The problem is I don't know how many times I've payed for them to put extra cheese or other stuff and they often don't even though I payed for the extra item. Today 12/5/2023 I asked for extra cheese in my burrito. I watched the cashier tell the cook extra cheese that I payed for and when I got my burrito it had no cheese in it. I didn't realize it till I got to my job. I called to talk to the Manager and he blew up on me and tried to turn me into the bad guy. I the Manager if he can just tell the cook to pay attention next time and the manager said I can eat somewhere else. After the amount I of business I did with Jimmy V's the Manager showed Me he don't care about his customers. I tons the Manager to keep the extra money I payed. I won't be going back to this place based on the Manager treating Me like garbage.

Cafeteria frequented by student athletes at Stanford. Large portions and good price point.

The cheapest and healthiest food on Stanford's campus. I love the Tilapia!

JIMMY V'S!!! One of my FAVORITE cafes to visit on Stanford Campus - they serve the most delicious breakfasts, lunch foods, and smoothies / shakes / drinks. Many of their foods that I have enjoyed include: Athlete Omelet, Norcal Scramble, Huevos Rancheros, Stanford Panini, Chicken Chestnut Salad Melt, and Olympian and Cardinal smoothies! Everything is so on point. All their omelets, paninis, sandwiches, smoothies, everything. I also always come back to the Olympian smoothie, which features apple juice, strawberry, banana, raspberry, peach, and low-fat yogurt. The people at Jimmy V's are literally some of the friendliest and warmest I've ever met - I always see them smiling and making conversation and connections with everyone. The inside of the Sports Cafe is lively with a strong community feel and Stanford school spirit, and it is also busy with students, professors, athletes - you name it! The red walls feature quotes like "Passion is Your Greatest Asset", "You Are Never Wrong To Do The Right Thing", and "Teams That Eat Together Play Together Win Together". Jimmy V's also has multiple HD TVs all around the cafe with different sports channels on. In addition, Jimmy V's has a huge outdoors seating area as well, with both sun umbrellas and natural shade from the large green trees. Jimmy V's is one of the best cafe's ever!!! I have loved everything I've ordered from them so far, and I can't wait to try more. Jimmy V's is also the perfect place for any kind of gathering - with friends, with professors, with sports teammates, or on your own! I am not surprised that it is one of the most well-loved, frequented, and beautiful cafés on campus. I would definitely recommend enjoying food from Jimmy V's!!!

Overall, great food options and friendly service. The manager (/younger owner?) is a big bummer though. He's consistently abrasive and just rude. Stands out even more when he tries so hard to bro up with everyone from athletics. If no one else is welcome, he should just make that policy explicit rather than continuing his behavior.

Everything's good! Service is great and fast. Try the green kale smoothie. Also, good luck parking.Parking: Its located behind the Arellaga Gym, no parking infront or on the side of building, its easier to access by walking, bike or golf cart.

This spot specializes in feeding Stanford’s athletes and coaches, so its menu is chock full of large, protein rich meals at affordable prices.Everything I’ve seen come out of the kitchen looks well made, and the staff is super. I always get the tilapia with rice and veggies, and a side salad. It’s a tasty, simple, healthy, filling meal. If that’s what you’re looking for on campus, Jimmy V’s is a good bet.

A go-to while living on campus that not as many grad students know about. Normally ordered their tacos, but have heard good things about their sandwiches and wraps which I think are more their standard wheelhouse. Prices reasonable by normal standards and downright cheap for Palo Alto

My first time having a meal at Jimmy V's was pleasant. The prices were very fair compared to what you might find at a restaurant off campus. Today was hot and going from outside to inside is very nice, the air conditioning in Jimmy V's works very well. There's a big screen TV on either side, they have soccer on today. The burger was tasty it came with onions lettuce tomato and pickles on the side. And there is also a nice patio area outside of Jimmy V's with trees for shade if you want to eat outdoors.

This place is unmatched, I worked on campus 1995-2010 and frequently ate here. I met and conversed with people like Bill Walsh, Jim Harbaugh and many others who have passed thru Jimmy V's and all have loved this place and there great team over the many many years. Food is always delicious and prices are extremely inexpensive fior Stanford standards.
