Bonchon Stevenson Ranch

Bonchon is an absolute find! The Korean fried chicken is incredible — perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. Their made-to-order donuts are just as amazing — warm, fluffy, and the perfect sweet finish. What really made the experience even better was Carissa, who took our order. She was exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome. Between the outstanding food and the great service, Bonchon is a new favorite. A must-visit!

Honestly THE best Korean fried chicken I've ever had. The service was so kind and friendly, especially Carissa. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The wings and the donuts are to die for. Can't wait to come back...maybe tomorrow hahaha!

We were driving through down to Palm Springs and stopped by Bonchon for a quick bite. I’ve never had Korean BBQ before, I ordered 6pc wings with Yangnyeom sauce (recommended) and they were the best chicken wings I’ve ever had! Not very spicy but the flavor was amazing and the wings were perfectly cooked with super crispy skin! This is all I want to eat now! So good!!!

Oyr first time at this location and didn't realize this was a quick service restaurant. We took up all the tables having a birthday dinner. The staff was great and accommodating. The food was excellent.

I had low expectations for Korean fried chicken from a chain restaurant like Bonchon since I've actually been to Korea several times -- but boy was I wrong! The chicken was SO SO crispy and delicious. I ordered half an order of the garlic and and another half of the yangnyeom sauce -- they were both equally delicious! The fried chicken in Korea can't be beat, but if you're in the US, Bonchon is for you. The cashier, Noah, was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was clean. Great location in a little strip mall with plenty of parking. Go!!!

I’ve been to a few Bon Chons, and have had this issue before. But this was worse then usually. What’s the point of asking what sauce you want if they’re not going to put it on. It’s like they did the lightest dip of a brush and lightly dabbed the chicken.
It’s disappointing that this keeps getting worse. I got the 20 piece boneless in half &’half. The sauce was barely on either.

I saw this place being under construction. Couldn’t be happier to hear Korean Fried Chicken being offered in Santa Clarita. Today I stop by. The chicken is great quality. Tons of meat offered on the wings and drums sticks. The batter is crunchy. I will come back periodically.

Stopped by Bonchon Chicken on the way to a boys trip in Santa Barbara. So glad we did!!!!! The wings are epic and the all the food we shared tasted so good. I would highly recommend this place. The only crappy thing is I know I’m going to crave this and it’s an hour away from my home.

The chicken and food was amazing!! It was some of the very best I have ever eaten.
The service was great, yes it's alot better now than when it first opened its doors. The food was worth coming back for. It has very good quality of taste.
I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Honestly a bit of a letdown. The texture is the only thing going for the chicken wings. Very mute flavor for the flavored wings and the plain is, well, plain. Zero salt on the plain wings and the inside meat of the chicken also has zero salt on it.

So yummy. We got the chicken sandwich, builgogi style, fries, fried rice and donuts. Everything was so good. Glad to have another fun restaurant in the neighborhood.
