Decent mexican food at decent prices. Meats were well cooked and well seasoned. Taco plate is a good deal.

Ordered the carne asada burrito and California burrito and they were delicious. Loved the neat and tidy salsa bar too!

Their steak torta was delicious. And their salsas. Everything was fresh.

Carne asada burrito tasted horrible, chicken taquitos bland and dry. Pico de gallo tasted super old and like plastic. Guac was already turning brown in the plastic cup. With about 100 other Mexican spots in SCV, choose elsewhere.
Food is always great and the owners are friendly. Not much atmosphere
Vegetarian options: Salads and cheese quesadillas, chips and salsa and guacamole
Parking: It's in a shopping center

Update to this review: Happy to say, Cabo Cabana refunded the full amount I paid for this dinner!Terrible delivery service by DoorDash! But Cabo Cabana says it doesn't matter that I paid 70+ dollars it is not their responsibility if the food is delivered looking like garbage!
No matter what I order, the food is always delicious. They give great portions and I love having left overs! The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always smiling. If you want the freshest and best tasting Mexican food experience, you have to try Cabo Cabana.
No wonder this place is empty! Got the 3 street taco special, the tacos stank and the meat was gamey and microwaved. Beans and rice were ok. Waste of $10, even taco trucks are much better quality.
My mom and I stopped here while on a road trip. She ordered a machaca burrito and I ordered a chicken bowl. It takes a lot for me to not like some food, but I couldn't tell if the chicken was not cooked properly or if it's was just old. It was very tough, almost rubbery. The salsa they had was very watery, and the machaca burrito that my mom had had squares of beef (machaca is shredded beef). I chose this spot due to the good reviews, so hopefully our experience was an outlier.
I've been eating here for years but now it's a family tradition every Friday night, 2 Carne asada burritos and crispitas! Nothing out here compares! ❤️

Order half as many tacos as you're used to; they're seemingly expensive per taco but they're also double the size of your average street taco so the good value is retained. And that isn't even mentioning the $2Taco Tuesdays!
Delicious food. Great service
Wow! This place has the best all you can eat sushi of any place I have ever been in my 30 years of eating sushi! The rolls are the biggest rolls I have ever seen and the presentation is art. Well done guys!
Great price for a three street taco plate! Both my wife and I ate for about $20 and it included drinks. The chicken tacos were a little plain but the carne asada and Al pastor were pretty good. Free salsa and chips too. Can't wait to try other items on the menu! Will definitely be back.
Excellent, authentic Mexican food! Why there isn’t a line out the door is beyond me.Their Pollo Asado and Carne Asada burritos are among the best! They’re hot read the salsa is awesome!
