I would give them 0 stars both orders of chicken strips were so over cooked that it was a waste of 30.00 dollars. Disgusting that this is there jobs to make food and they can't deliver. Booo Carl's Jr. These 5 star reviews are trash. Update manager offered to give me free chicken strips I declined and asked for my money back. No reply back. DONT EAT HERE!!!

This place became disgusting. I see the reviews and I don't believe it. I think they paid bots to have 4 stars. I've been 5 years since I moved here. I visit this restaurant often and Patricia made me hate it. She has no vocation for customer service. She's a bad worker. I don't know how they can have her working even there. The other day I took the trouble to talk to another person who was taking my order and asked her about that person and if it was only with the customers that she behaved badly and she replied that it's one of the worst that they have already reported to the manager and she doesn't care. The peace of mind of her other workers. It's sad that they don't worry about what happens in their business.

Adriel lopez has given me excellent customer service every single time ive purchased a milkshake from this location. Not only does this young boy give me my shakes on time but he gives performances as he makes them. Adriel goes to theater classes in his free time and does small performances while making my shakes to give me a laugh while waiting. Excellent customer service all around especially adriel lopez, food was kinda mid and a little pricey. would recommend if adriel is working that day 👍

I am BEYOND livid. I pull up my app to use the half off shakes and sides and when the guy at the drive thru scans my code he tells me it wont go through. Then I see why!! Today is MARCH 1ST. The deal EXPIRED in JANUARY! HOW IS THIS STILL ON THE APP??!! I tried to brush it off already irritated and I asked for my receipt to add my points later. It's placed in the bag and I leave. As I go to add my points to a meal that was already overcharged I found this receipt. THERE'S NO BAR CODE! So not only do I overpay but I don't even get my points from it! Honestly I think I'm done with Carl's Jr if this is what happens to their customers.
