I can't believe we spent monthly for the silver pass and they charge extra for the playground and even worse, get all the kids out of the playground. It's supposed to be at nice moment and memories with the kids and ends everyone stress cause the kids wants they playground that isn't included on the passes they sell.

Very good atmosphere for kids. A great way for them to get their energy out. The staff is very friendly at this place. I have noticed they are a bit short staffed at times but it is still a great experience. I would def come back!

This is a good place to check. Your kids go get distracted. Why you get some rest and eat some food? Fresh, not those leftover They'd be given lancaster in palmdale
The jumper should be better organized by age. My son is 4 and he was repeatedly hit by a 10 year old. So i was not happy, and end up leaving disappointed.

The appetizer sampler platter with BBQ meatballs is a great pick here, very busy on Saturday and Sunday, all yours weekdays. Surprisingly good pizza

Worst experience! I waited 1 hour for food so I can feed my kids. When I ask about it I was informed someone took it! WTH… So I asked for a refund because I’m not going to wait again. The young girl tells the manager ( Brittany ) that I need a refound (Brittany ) just looks at me a continues to ring up 5 more families. Instead of refunding my money back. I already waited 1 hour for food I never got.
The manager ( Brittany ) just keeps ring up customer while I’m just standing their! Hold my 1 year old. Instead of providing good customer service by giving me a refound!
After 5 families got thier order taken by ( Brittany) I realized ( Brittany ) is blind! So I get behind 2 customer then I finally get to the front and I tell ( Brittany) I need a refound she said “ oh you the one that needs the refound”…….Wow! Really you remember now!…
Who the hell made ( Brittany ) a manger!! They should be fired for giving her that position. They must be incompetent! And Brittany didn’t even know how to refound my money!!!
