had my kids birthday party there! she had a blast and although it was a saturday (being really busy) everyone was professional and friendly. food came out fast and for the price i paid i would definitely do another birthday party for her here!
We celebrated our son’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese and it was an absolute blast! We did the Mega Fun package. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by how fresh and tasty the food was, which both kids and adults enjoyed. Our son had the best time, kids and adults all were smiling, laughing, and having fun. A huge shoutout to our birthday host, she was absolutely amazing and truly made our son’s birthday extra special. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could just enjoy the celebration. The atmosphere was energetic. We would definitely recommend Chuck E. Cheese of Valencia for a fun, family-friendly celebration!
great place for rainy days
Great pizza and serve beer
Daughter loves this place
Everyone had lots of fun playing great games and enjoyed their yummy pizza
Excellent, newer location. Very useful if u're doing a road trip from SF down to LA, to let your kids burn off so.e energy, and get some food. Thank you to all the employees here for making this a great experience!
NO ANIMATRONICS. Don’t bother. No clue why Chuck E Cheese thinks they have any value outside of their animatronics. We can get better pizza or better arcade experiences anywhere else in the damn world
Come here often with our son, unfortunately the place is understaffed or either not managed properly and most of the staff is at the back. Have to wait to get stamped to almost never be checked when leaving. To order food, get food ready and claim prices also have to wait a lot. Highly recommend to have more staff on busy days and evenings to be a able to provide a better service overall and to keep the place cleaner.
This place is absolutely awful, do NOT bring your kids here, you will wait an hour for your food just for the staff to pretend and tell you that it came out when it never did.. the buzzer never went off… AND I witnessed with my own eyes the cooks laughing it up in the kitchen and eating their own food. The lack of service is unbelievable and unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous, don’t come here.

Staff is friendly the atmosphere is nice, but so many of the games are always down. Equipment is not properly maintained unfortunately.
Customer service was good, just a really busy location, therefore cleaning the tables was delayed or lack there of.
We came here from Las Vegas for my 8 year old daughter’s birthday. This place is exceptional the staff was amazing they were attentive and friendly Ms. Porscha was amazing she really went above and beyond great customer service. The food was fresh at the salad bar. The pizza was ready promptly. The staff provided and safe and pleasant environment. We’ll be back when in town our children had a blast, as did the adults. Thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!!
This is a real bummer. My wife got one of the $7.99 monthly passes and our daughter loves using it. The staff are great until you get the assistant manager Anna. This individual has no concept of how to provide customer service. I came in with my 2 month old and almost 4 year old. The 2 month old of course just watches. Anyway, I was informed that the only way to look up an account was with the QR code through the app. Funny thing is, I’d never heard that from any other staff who just used my wife’s phone number. Instead of saying, oh my apologies, I actually need the QR code, she goes into quoting policy. If you aren’t able to effectively communicate without being a corporate mouthpiece you shouldn’t be at the front counter. The whole point in coming in is due to my wife being in the hospital after a car accident. Trying to take some of the stress off my kids.
I have been coming to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid with the creepy animatronic band. I really want to keep bringing my kids here, but it’s people like Anna that really push me to start going to one of the many other places for kids in the area.
To corporate, please remember your customers and how to approach them. This isn’t new information for you.
Do better
I’ve been bringing my kids here for years, and I’ve repeatedly mentioned in surveys that the trampoline price should be lowered — but nothing ever changes. Now there’s a giant claw machine right at the entrance that’s cash-only, and it just feels mean-spirited.
As a parent, it’s exhausting having to explain why the trampoline and ninja zone cost extra and why their game card doesn’t work on that machine. My child had a perfect grip on a stuffed animal that still didn’t come up — probably glued to the bottom.
When you pay to play at Chuck E. Cheese, kids should be able to run around and have fun without constant “no’s” for extra costs. This place used to feel magical; now it just feels designed to take more money from families.
P.S. Please hire more staff. I’ve never once been here when there were enough employees to handle the crowd — it makes the whole experience stressful for everyone.
In regards to the comment below from the owner - I fill out the survey every time I visit and never once have I seen anything change.
