Horrible experience in the drive thru, I asked for something simple a two piece white meat chicken meal with two loco side salad with only 4 avocado salsas and one creamy cilantro dressing. They give me the wrong salsas, no beverage and don't even look at you or say anything at all. These girls need better customer service and if don't want to be there well get another job simple as that. Do your job right or don't do it all. I used to be a worker for pollo loco before when I was younger and no matter the job even if I hated it I would do my best period.

Staffs very friendly and orders came out on time. Dining area is clean and tables bussed. I live in Gorman and I know it's a far communte but this restaurant serves better.Staff's been very nice and food is always fresh?it's worth the drive to stevenson ranch!

How do they make one of my items and then I have to wait another 15 minutes for the other two? The excuse is, "we had a big order." Can't they finish my order before they start on a "big order? I ordered on the app, after 20 minutes of waiting for my food, I left the restaurant 29 minutes after I made my order. I watched them make over a dozen items while I waited for my other two items. Why?
I go to El Pollo Loco often. Many different ones in many different cities. When it comes to getting my order smoothly, this location has a difficult time.
It's a 50/50 shot every time.
Update 7/31/2024. I ordered from them again. They made my food on time without issue. When I got home, I found they forgot my chips.
