Staffs very friendly and orders came out on time. Dining area is clean and tables bussed. I live in Gorman and I know it's a far communte but this restaurant serves better.Staff's been very nice and food is always fresh?it's worth the drive to stevenson ranch!

Need to work on training employees to give better customer service. I walked in to pick up my mobile order and was standing there for minutes before someone asked me if I needed help. While multiple people clearly seem me standing there and chose not to say anything. Get it together

I just checked out the El Pollo Loco in Newhall off Lyon’s Ave. Family members and friends said the food is really good and the prices are reasonable. I must say the food was actually really good and quite healthy as I’m picky on what I eat. I personally had the two piece combo chicken with two sides and corn tortillas and a drink.I definitely walked away full.
As a side note the restaurant was clean and The restroom was well maintained which is a big deal. Clean...
