Food was cold, tasted old Hash browns were cooked in rancid oil. The manager came over and insuated that I was lying, really made me mad, she took of the hash browns but not point, was already sick because of the rancid hash browns. Will never eat there ever again. Rude manager. The coffee was excellent.

We recently visited IHOP (with the 'Y'!)🤪 and had a fantastic breakfast. I ordered the Rooty Tooty Fresh 'n Fruity, which was delicious, and my wife enjoyed the classic French toast with eggs, bacon, and sausage. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, including the restrooms, which is always a plus.
The service was outstanding – our food arrived within 15-20 minutes, and the coffee was hot and fresh. Everything came out piping hot, which we appreciate. The entire experience was very positive. We'll definitely be back for another breakfast soon!
