The line is extra long because they're forcing everyone to use the kiosk inside and refuse to take your order if you dont. Wanted a latte, and rather then letting me order at the counter they had to bring employees to the front to stand there and figure out how to substitute a late on the kiosk.....just take my order....apparently interacting with people is hard?

Consistently a 20-30 min wait now. No matter when you arrive, you'll be asked to pull past the drive throu to sit on the curb or by the rail for 20 plus minutes to get your food. Best guess is they pull you through the line to keep their recorded drive throu times low, but the customer's end up waiting significantly longer. Idk if they changed their policy but this has been the normal experience for months now.

It’s been so frustrated go there. It’s a nice playground for my daughter, but the service sucks. It’s always something in the last time. The lady who is gonna clean the playground at 8:30 told me to leave because she needs to clean and leave but I check my phone and was only 8:30 when the hours it’s 99 and I asked why she asked me to live. It was only 830 and she say next time don’t worry next time.

Multiple times in the last few weeks I've been told that the frozen coke machine is not frozen yet when I'm ordering lunch around noon... the machine needs to be turned on earlier if this is consistently happening.
