The food was not good, probably the worst McDonald's food I've ever had. I also put on my order to take a couple of things off of my burger and they never looked at the special order tag.

I have been here a total of 3 times and each time I have been told to pull ahead past the windows to wait for my food. Each time the whole line behind me gets their food before I do and I have to wait 15-20 mins! Either I have just the worst luck or they prioritize the line ahead of waiting customers.

From the time I got in line in the drive-through the time I got my food was 24 minutes. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Also the person who took my order could barely be heard. She was talking very softly. I don’t think it was a microphone issue. I think it was a voice issue. I keep asking her to speak up so I can hear her.

I came here with my family after leaving Six Flags. We had a pretty straight forward order:10 piece nuggets2 quarter pounders with cheese (one with no onions or pickles)A double quarter pounder with cheese2 mc chicken sandwiches3 large friesDespite having several “double checked for accuracy” stickers, our order was all wrong.1) they forgot the nuggets2) one quarter ponder was supposed to have no onions or pickles, instead it had bacon and pickles3) the second quarter pounder had extra onions and no cheese even though it was supposed to be a regular quarter pounder with cheese4) the “large” fries came in small bags that were at most the equivalent of a medium order and that is being generousParking: There is parking all around dedicated to McDonald’sKid-friendliness: This McDonald’s feature a play area.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp and many tables that could accompany wheel chairs.
Service is shear chaos! You have to order at a kiosk, but then you have to wait for a cahier to pay by debit? Whats the point? The staff all act like its their first day on the job and no leadership or adult in the room. My filet O'Fish was soggy with oil. I took a couple of bites and threw the rest away. Avoid this McDonald's.
