We ordered a pizza with three toppings (more expensive) but received a one topping pizza. I ordered it through Uber eats, but figured since it was the restaurant’s mistake that they would do something to correctly the mistake. But they said “there is nothing they can do” the Uber eats deliver is not the one that put my receipt on the wrong box and sent it out the door. There is even a sticker on it so it can’t be opened and checked. This was our first time eating here and it will be the last. Customer service makes or breaks a restaurant for me. $30 dollars for a delivered pizza is a bummer but not worth spending anymore time on hold with Uber eats support. The pizza was okay. We ended up eating it after we realized that wasting more than 20 minutes on the phone over a pizza was silly. But I will stick with our go to Tomato Joe’s and Vincenzo’s from now on. This is me being lighthearted - “nothing like expecting delicious bacon and pepperoni, but getting Canadian bacon… 😆”

I ordered a mini pizza to go. It had two small hard shells that I bit on. At first I thought it was a small pebble or chipped rock but after further inspection it looked as a hard shell. Perhaps debris from the greens. I did go back with the hard shells and pizza. The lady lead offered to make it again ot refund. I opted for a refund. It was very unpleasant experience. My molar still hours after the bite have a pain sensation. I called my dentist and will have a overview to see my teeth are not cracked. It was the worst sensation to try to enjoy a pizza and then go through molar pain!
Mostly I would say it is a nice place to pick up food from, but The tables are sticky and the service is pretty darn bad. It's not that hard to do a job. I'm guessing because it's a bunch of teens with no adults to supervise them, they get to make passive aggressive remarks about which sauce or toppings are available. As everyone does, you have a few questions to ask when you get there. Is there another sauce that is different from this one? Can you mix the two sauces together? Why did I order a thick crust and it looks the same? Those were my only three questions. Do I have to get passive aggressive answers coated with sarcasm? Overall I would say this place could improve a lot if they just had kids that did not seem to be put out, when you ask them to simply do a job. I was not the only customer that had this experience. I saw them doing it to everyone they were inconvenienced to talk to. Get a staff that cares, has supervision, and doesn't mind actually working.
