We ordered a pizza with three toppings (more expensive) but received a one topping pizza. I ordered it through Uber eats, but figured since it was the restaurant’s mistake that they would do something to correctly the mistake. But they said “there is nothing they can do” the Uber eats deliver is not the one that put my receipt on the wrong box and sent it out the door. There is even a sticker on it so it can’t be opened and checked. This was our first time eating here and it will be the last. Customer service makes or breaks a restaurant for me. $30 dollars for a delivered pizza is a bummer but not worth spending anymore time on hold with Uber eats support. The pizza was okay. We ended up eating it after we realized that wasting more than 20 minutes on the phone over a pizza was silly. But I will stick with our go to Tomato Joe’s and Vincenzo’s from now on. This is me being lighthearted - “nothing like expecting delicious bacon and pepperoni, but getting Canadian bacon… 😆”
