This place has lots of great topping options, which is a perk. I really wanted to like it.

I got a poke bowl with tuna — the issue is that there was fresh tuna mixed in with older ("off") tuna. I'd already eaten half the bowl by the time I noticed. Glad I didn't get food poisoning, but I had SUCH a bad stomach ache.

I went in slowly and carefully with so many negative reviews of the customer service. It was my first time going with the potential of coming here pretty frequently over the next few months. I agree that customer service is lacking.

The guy who helped me didn’t welcome me or even smile. I had time to look at what was displayed before he even came out and many of the proteins were missing. I asked if any proteins were not available before I started my order. His response wasn’t totally clear so I asked another way and that’s when he said the other proteins were being cut in the back. So I couldn’t view the fish before, which I didn’t like but I proceeded to order.

I was trying to look at the items behind the glass and follow the digital boards but it was my first time at this restaurant. He was irritated that I wasn’t following “the procedure”. I felt less and less welcome as this went on. I had to state that it was my first visit and I’m not sure of what they have and how it works. The guy never once was nice or smiled. He seemed annoyed that I was even there. I paid and left.

Many menu toppings were unavailable so my additions were limited. The bowl, overall is okay. Compared to another poke place I frequent weekly, the portions were much smaller. I paid $20 for the bowl, the place I go to charges $14 for the same number of protein scoops with larger portions, there are double the options of toppings/side choices, and the bowl, overall, is larger for less $. I missed some of the toppings and sauces I am used to.

I won’t be coming back.

Food is bland, literally missing something that will unleash its flavors.

Missing a lot of items in the middle of the day and one of the workers seems to hate their job entirely. Never going back to this spot and would avoid and go somewhere where they will make food with love and not hate/spite.

Went here a while ago. It was late at night, I was the only customer, and there appeared to be one employee. She was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. I understand work is tiring, but she pressured me while I was ordering, and acted like she wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible. She was successful. I wound up with something I barely liked. Also $$$$I don’t think I’ll be coming back in a while.

It’s a quiet place 3 miles from six flags. Very frieny n helpful staff but all the protein options looks great n lots of fresh toppings available. I ordered small poke but quantity wise I felt it was medium poke. Sauces were great too. I ordered 2 proteins salmon n tuna.

I have been twice during my stay in CA and will likely make one more stop before I leave. I love being able to choose everything that goes in my Poke bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious. The owner was very friendly too?
