Though the Aunt Annie pretzel is good & location is a captured market (being inside walmart), customer service is very poor! I always wait but this time, it's ridiculous: I ordered & paid right away, told 15-20 minutes wait time but there were only 3 people in line including myself. As I waited, there was another customer after me who was served so I let that go. The cashier (who took my order) then took more orders for the next 4 minutes, then washed his hands (I thought he would he would start preparing my order (forming the dough & putting inside the oven) but instead went to wait on another customer for a Subway sandwich! I asked another employee, who happened to fill in a pitcher with ice that I was waiting for my order & nobody started it yet. She nonchalantly said, "ok" and continued to fill in 2 more pitchers with ice (talk about sense of urgency with a hungry customer), then asked another employee (who was now doing the cashering) to prep my order (she said she wasn't even aware that there was an order (because the 1st cashier just left the cashier post with a pending order and didn't even turnover the unserved order before leaving). The female employee with the pitcher also said she wasn't aware of the order. I'm thinking she's a supervisor because I expressed a concern before (which is another story), but there was no show of customer service at all! The other female employee was able to finish my order- thank you to her. However, I asked the "supervisor" if she gave feedback to the male employee concerned. She merely got his attention and pointed to me! In my frustration, I just told him somebody else served me because he acted as if he didn't know anything and was going to start prepping my order! All these with just one order of pretzel!!!
