This is a "mom n pop" local breakfast spot. I think it's the best way to describe it. One of my favorite places to have breakfast, can never go wrong either the rods special with some fried rice! Will always love this place. It's just...delish! Never have I had a bad meal, would come every weekend if I could :)

Our FAVORITE local breakfast/Brunch spot. Babs Never disappoints. We tried a couple dishes [Loco Moco & The Mexican Skillet] from The specials Menu during St. Patrick's weekend and they were absolutely delicious. The Onion rings are also always a must because it's the perfect Crispy appetizer for your meal. And don't forget that delicious Fizzy Pop that completes the meal

The breakfast her is amazing. The portions are huge! The staff is very friendly. Good variety to choose from. Only thing that I didn't like was how cold the place is. That's me & wife being a little picky. Being able to order potatoes and rice is a really nice option.

Unfortunately, the quality has gone down. I went to Bab's this weekend to get some yummy pancakes, and boy was that a mistake. We were seated outside, with no room to pull the seat from the table without displacing the people seated next to us. Not detoured, we sat and reviewed the menu. The waitress was kind and prompt. She asked what we wanted to drink, and we had water brought to the table. The "mugs" the water came in were old and discolored. They're supposed to be clear but are dingy, giving the appearance of not being clean. The water had a foul taste.We ordered the pancakes, and they came to the table promptly. Just from the appearance, I knew they wouldn't be good. They were not light and fluffy, and geez-Louise were they overcooked. The scorched exterior of the pancakes gave them a horrible aftertaste. I couldn't finish mine. The bacon wasn't memorable either; it was just greasy and flavorless. If I'm going to have a heart attack from eating bacon, at least it can taste good. Last was the catsup; I didn't have it, but the look on my partner's face as she ate the eggs with what can only be described as rancid catsup was priceless.I don't know what happened to Bab's, but "It's a no for me, Dawg."If Bab's is looking at this review, please consider this a gift and an opportunity to improve. You had something special and lost it. Now, it's time to recapture that specialness. In your rush to churn out food and get people in quickly, you lost what is important: good quality food. I didn't beat you up on price, though you know I could have, but I'm all in if your employees are being paid a fair wage.Do better--Be better

First time and my last time I’m good Sorry not Sorry and the breakfast that I had was not worth $46 The French toast was horrible. The only thing that was more exciting was the powdered sugar and the spinach mushroom sausage omelette. Are you serious? ?

Went here for the first time today. We waited for about 25 to 30 minutes to be seated...the place was packed! We ordered our breakfasts and waited another 20 minutes, and then our huge plates of food came out. It was pretty good! Three of us ordered the linguica and eggs and I personally took home more than half of my meal. My potatoes were a little undercooked (to me) as was my English muffin but the scrambled eggs and linguica were perfect. I would definitely go back and try their waffles and pancakes...they looked really good. If you decide to check this place out, I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it, just make sure that you give yourself plenty of time. :)

The lady at the front desk she said her name was juli was very rude there under new ownership so I hope the rest of the staff is not that bad but I got turned off on a check in she told me to wait outside when it was just me and my son and when they called me to my table she sent me back outside because two more people that were coming were not there yet so I had enough and took my business somewhere else where

We always have great service and delicious food here! This time around we had an absolutely amazing server! It was packed as always and our server was busting her butt off to serve. She was the only outside server today and had many tables. She did fantastic, until the owner/manager came in. Small Asian lady (possible owner or manager) decided to publicly berate and belittle her in front of all her tables, because she didn't pack the patio to the brim with tables!! It was ugly and disgusting and she did not deserve that kind of treatment. She literally had her in the middle of breakfast service add more tables to the patio WITH ZERO HELP!! Then decided to get snappy with her servers inside to close the patio door. It'll be a while before we patronize this place again. The employees deserve better!

I'm sad they are not as good as they used to be. Prices have gone up (which is to be expected), but it seems quality has gone done. Some of the same staff as they have had from the beginning which is nice.

Came around 9 this morning and the place was packed, but we were seated in a reasonable time frame. Lily was our server, and her service was outstanding. Food was great, highly recommend.
This was a nice little surprise. I had the veggie scramble and a pancake. The coffee flowed and the waitress was fun. I'll definitely be back.
