This place has absolutely the Lechon pork I have ever head. The people are really friendly and the service was quick and excellent. Some places you go to for atmosphere, not this place, this is 100% a place you go to for the type of food you’ll be thinking about for weeks afterward. People forget that the hole in the wall joint may be serving way better food than the place in the fancy building with the white tablecloths. I wish I lived closer because I would make it a must at least once a month!

The lechon is really good, but my concern is that when you pay, they always read out the entire card number, including the three digits on the back. That’s really scary because someone nearby could hear it and know your card details even their staff can hear it. That’s why I’m sometimes hesitant to order.

I was a little disappointed. The lechon was too salty. The Pancit was too peppery and yet bland, the dinuguan was more of soup no meat and the worst was the lechon paksiw!!! The only perfect was the mango atchara. They are all friendly, atmosphere was good but I am not going to spend and travel to get their food again!

Very Disappointed, I was raised up on Cebuian way of cooking, thought that I would be tasting how my grandparents and my mom used to cook .. I ordered Dinaguan and rice... the pork was pulverized / in shreds... the taste was Dull.. just vinegar... No 👎..couldn't eat it 🤢

I went to the market Next door, 3Js... they had some, so I bought a small container ... thers was very good! it satisfied my crave! surprised of it's taste!!!!
I was better off going there!

So first off the staff and owners are so kind. Only issue is the pancit is not authentic. It’s so watery and sticky and the added noodles just throw it off. Also too salty. Unfortunately the lechon is also very salty wish there was another sauce to pair it with.

I was blown away by Bai Cebu Lechon’s super crispy lechon belly that cracks with flavor, plus the freshly made lumpia that hits like a Filipino comfort hug, the owner’s pride shows and service is warm and efficient, though seating is basic and the limited hours mean you gotta time it just right.

This was our second time dining at this restaurant, and it was just as satisfying as the first. We absolutely love the lechon belly—crispy skin and that rich, authentic Cebu-style flavor that brings back so many memories. The pancit was a bit salty for our taste this time, but still enjoyable overall. Portions are generous—we had plenty of delicious leftovers for the next day. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

I came in at lunchtime today to buy some lechon kawali because my wife has been craving it. I can't believe how expensive it is getting (just under $20 per pound)! For 2.8 pounds, it was $56.77. I also go a medium container of their lechon paksiw ($12.00) and mango atchara ($10.00). Not sure if it is just this time or if the overall quality is going down while the price is going up, but the lechon kawali was not as tasty as it used to be and the skin was more chewy than crispy so the lechon was not too fresh. The lechon paksiw used to be my favorite dish there but this time it was bland as well and lacking vinegar and all purpose sauce flavors (not sure if they forgot to add it today). I really hope the bad quality of the food is just a one time thing. The employees were all nice and helpful. My rating is based on today's experience with their food quality. Also something new to me compared to when I came last is that they now charge 3% service charge if you pay with a credit card which is another ding on the business in my opinion.

Bai Cebu Lechon is an absolute gem for lechon lovers! I had the pleasure of trying their famous Cebu lechon, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The lechon was incredibly tender, with perfectly crispy skin and a rich, savory flavor that left me craving more. The authenticity and quality of the dish truly stood out. The staff was warm and welcoming, providing excellent service talagang service to the max sila ganyan kasi pag mga Pinoy at bisaya pa gyud.
Bai Cebu Lechon is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Cebuano flavors.
