Owner and staff were all welcoming. Ordered belly lechon, paksiw and papaya achara. All I can say that the lechon is not the same as the original belly lechon as sold in Cebu. The skin was crispy indeed but the meat was a bit salty and too oily. It lack the aromatic taste and no sauce needed that all the Cebu lechon is known and loved for. THE PLACE to stop by to get your LECHON BELLY fix! It may be in a town you dont know, but don't sleep on this restaurant. The SKIN has that crunch, the meat is TENDER, and the fat just MELTS. Dip it in the sauce they give you(I highly recommend dipping) or just eat alone with some rice. Most people do take out, but if you wanna dine in, they have a small place. Just heard of all the new places in the Suisun Marina Center! Kind and friendly staff. Clean. Offered a sample of their Lechon...so delicious! Ordered pancit and it was seasoned to perfection! No S&P or soy sauce needed. Will definitely be back!
