I tried to call to check on the availability of flavors as my last 3 orders we completed incorrectly. The receipts all showed the orders were placed properly so trying to give grace I thought maybe they were out of one of the flavors. The store clerk hung up on me and when I tried to call back someone answered and IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECTED the call. So unprofessional! I placed the order fearing the worst and it took 45 minutes and a phone call to prep a 2 scoop sundae and get a pre-packaged quart. This location has failed more times than has been helpful.

Scoops were skimpy, fudge topping was skimpy, staff was behind the counter cursing loudly.It's been a while since I've had BR, but $7 for a two scoop sundae? Really?!
