I've been here multiple times since it's the closest boba place near my boyfriend's house and it can be a hit or miss at times. Service can be a hit or miss as well, sometimes they greet you when you walk in and sometimes they don't. The workers can still be nice though. It is very clean inside with plenty of seating. They have a TV playing food videos & also some games to play while waiting for your food or drinks and with company. Sometimes they do run out of boba which can be inconvenient, but i've worked at a boba spot for 4-5 years at one point in my life, so i get it, somewhat. There were two instances back to back where i visited beyond tea on separate days and both days they ran out of boba. It's usually not an issue for me and i just end up choosing a different topping, but 9 out of 10 times the reason i come to a boba shop is for the boba. Drinks are usually pretty good. I like getting different things every time i come here, but a wintermelon milk tea never disappoints. I like how recently they started giving your drinks in plastic bags to make it easier to carry, i didn't even have to ask for a bag luckily so that was nice. Like i said very hit or miss and sometimes they run out of boba, but they still have a variety of different toppings you can choose from and a huge variety of drinks. I haven't had the food here yet, so that's something i still need to try here.

My Grandson was so excited to get a boba here! We were the first customers of the day, and me knowing nothing about how to even order boba, was greeted by very patient workers. He settled on passion fruit with bursting mango boba. You can pick your sweetness and ice level which I left to him. I'm not a boba fan, but I have to admit it tasted good. They have cool action, anemie and Disney stuff/figures all around. Plus a TV with a family friendly movie and games. We were leaving and the owners came out and told my grandson he had an extra treat of boba for later. He was so happy! It was actually our second time there and not our last!

This is my go to Milk Tea place for years. Not only their milk tea flavour is spot on but the service WAS superb! I haven't gone back since few weeks ago and they have a new employee named "Stephanie" who served me my Wintermelon tea without black pearl bobbas. I came out of work and drove all the way to Suisun craving for my fav bobba tea, not only she spoke so rudely I came out of there with not a milk tea but just "MILK" without the black pearls too. So I came back in not to complain but just to order a new drink seeing that she has not been pleasant the last 2x I've been in there. She was sat on the table with her male co-employee instead of being behind the counter and before I even ordered she said to me that "Bobbas are extra and BTW we dnt have it anymore". The least thing she could have done before serving a customer is to let them know there's no more bobbas and black pearl bobbas are defo not extra. It's called Milk Tea bobba place for a reason, you are not selling Milk or I could have gone to Raley's and order a gallon. I'm pretty sure the owner is Asian not White and this lady Stephanie should have been taught manners, great customer service and learn how to make. milk tea or don't bother working there anymore. i walked out of there disappointed but did not say a word, I am heavily pregnant and I dnt feel giving her a piece of my mind. so I thought writing here would be better to not only let other regulars know but for the management to know how she is when not watched. I took a photo of the milk she served me and went to another tea place all the way to Fairfield and bloody hell you can defo see the difference, the milk tea she served me is as pale as her!

My favorite boba tea. It’s definitely worth the drive. I love how they have unique flavors like Green Thai Tea , Sunset boba and Orea Cheese Cake boba and to top it off their Halo -Halo. They make their teas fresh unlike other places where it’s pre-made. The staff here treat their guest like family. The service is awesome. It’s a great hangout spot to bring your friends and family.

My coworker and I came and grabbed some drinks for us and our other coworkers. Everyone really liked their drinks. I got a tiger milk tea which was very sweet but I was in the mood for and had curly fries which was tasty. It was very cute inside and the staff were very nice. Definitely would come back

It has been nice watching this shop grow from their opening to now! They continue to add new stuff which is awesome. Their milk tea and boba are soooo good and you can even combine flavors. I always get their mozzarella sticks which are also very good. Their employees are always so nice and willing to help. They also have a TV that's always playing something and a lot of games to play; I end up staying for at least an hour playing board games! Very good local boba shop!

Super cute location!!!! Love the vibe of the place: a place I would let my teens hang out at, or a nice girls hangout location to meet and catch up while enjoying boba and snacks. Nice variety of boba and snacks. Friendly staff and appreciate the cleanliness of the areas.

Easily one of my go-to boba shops in the area! It is situated all the way inside the Marina plaza so it can be a little bit hard to find. Everyone here is really nice and welcoming. I actually like how their default sugar levels are at 50%. Their drinks have more of the tea taste which I like better when I want to get boba. Drinks I've tried: - Lychee tea with boba: this one is my default order! Great refreshing drink with the right balance between the tea flavor and lychee. Now a days though, I go for crystal boba to get more of that lychee tea taste and less of the sweetness from the boba- Wintermelon milk tea with boba: another great option. The milk does not overpower the wintermelon tea taste at all. Actually really nice flavoring- Earl grey milk tea with boba: love the very distinct tea taste and not overpowered by milk. One of my favorites to get when I want an afternoon pick-me-up, but not wanting to get coffee. I also frequent their flavored fries! They're always made fresh to order so it can be a little bit of a wait. Always crispy and full of flavor!

This place just keeps getting better and better. I explained the gastrointestinal issues I have with the nondairy creamer to the owner, and he came up with a fantastic idea. I now just get my tea made with only water and brown sugar Boba. I am happy as a clam, and it tastes fantastic, and my stomach is happier than ever.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!p.s. the popcorn chicken is heaven!

Burnt boba, nearly got kicked by kids rolling on the couch, waiting area was dirty and claustrophobic. Took 20 minutes for a single drink, which was made incorrectly and had to be redone. The tea itself was fantastic, though I must have had a bad batch of boba.

Beyond Tea is a tiny boba spot that has a lot of character. They offer guests a nice place to lounge with friends and play games. They also have friendly staff to greet you.
