Service seemed ok. But my Swiss Mushroom melt was not toasted at all! Wish I could post a picture. I was sooooo disappointed. And you have no way to say anything when you are driving through. I got home 30m later, unwrapped my sandwich, and was surprised and confused. Why would someone give you this as a grilled melt??? So bummed.

The grilled hamburgers were barely toasted and kind of gross. This is the hwy 12 location. I'll try others, but not returning to this one.

The food i ordered looked NOTHING like what u see on order menu. Tasted so bad I threw away $50.00 worth of food. Never ever will I go to B.K. again.
