Service seemed ok. But my Swiss Mushroom melt was not toasted at all! Wish I could post a picture. I was sooooo disappointed. And you have no way to say anything when you are driving through. I got home 30m later, unwrapped my sandwich, and was surprised and confused. Why would someone give you this as a grilled melt??? So bummed.

The food i ordered looked NOTHING like what u see on order menu. Tasted so bad I threw away $50.00 worth of food. Never ever will I go to B.K. again.

Used to love burger King. However the food too mostly Luke warm. At most stores also, not just this one.
His name is Edwin David, store manager according to him. Food was cold when we sat down with it. He argued with me when I told him that the food was cold and never apologized or offered to replace the food at first . After arguing for a few more minutes he grudgingly replace the burgers. And when I tried to verify if it was new instead of just reheated, he asked me” If I want to see the burgers in the garbage”. Very rude and unprofessional for a service crew or a store manager to tell a customer. He never apologized to me and my husband. I am appealing to the owner of this location, STORE #14218 at 1260 Anderson Drive, Suisun City CA 94585. It’s very frustrating because we frequently dine here but with this incident we decided not to eat here again. I am asking the owner to look into this matter because this is a very bad experience and very bad customer service for your business. Thank you.

What's up with only three ppl on the night shift and no one to help dine in customers? The drive thru is set up for the whole town to come thru but if you want sit down and eat ,it better be in your car. My guest and I went in for some food but must've come at the wrong time.When we arrived we waited longer than you should when the drive thru guy finally saw us.He came over to tell us" I'll be with you as soon as I can"...ok three or four car orders later he did.As we are hella waiting for our food,the lady that was cooking was speaking loudly in Spanish to the younger Spanish male.Sounded as if she was scolding him/(them) for the lack of help.I don't know Spanish but she didn't sound happy. It was frustrating to wait for food and then it was cold. I joked with my guest that maybe we should reorder at the drive thru and tell them we are your customer in the lobby so we could eat.Get it together and STOP short staffing the business. It's not fair to your employees or customers.
