Food is eh items keep getting smaller and smaller and cost more n more. There is one manager here that actually cares but if you ever try to get help from the corporate office good luck they don't care about you and they don't even have a phone number to contact an actual person. Burger King is one of the worst chains out there for taking care of customers and i will not ever be going back! Don't waste your time here!

For some reason at this Burger King the food is always great I don't live in the area anymore but I always come out that way still. It seems like its always open and has been consistently good. And the employees are always polite and helpful.

Took way too long to get my order of a normal Whopper meal. I saw the whopper sitting there on their order load for 10 minutes! Two people ordered after me and got their orders first! Ridiculous. Ladies were milling around with no sense of direction it seemed. There were customers coming in from the drive thru complaining about missing items. Will never come back to this BK again.

Lookout Bay Area!!!Horrible, nasty, dirty, and unacceptable service. Clearly ordered the impossible whopper without onions and the entire burger was covered with onions. $14 was robbery!!Dining room was dirty. Bathrooms were not clean, or stocked.Either hire people that can understand, and cook, update your machines, or close your business. It makes no sense at all.I should of known better, so I'm glad I returned the food and got my money back.

Totally awful taste of everything [!!!!] , except maybe vanilla shake only or cola...Badly, sadly atmosphere.The potions of food are so small [!!!!]We ordered Cheeseburger, but he was a baby size [!!!]We ordered cheese sticks, but their were without any taste.Chicken nuggets have no taste.French fries has no taste.Only sauces help in some little way.
