Today I was at the Cheese Steak Shop In Suisun City CA. I ordered a phillychicken cheesesteak,fries and drink. After i received my order i went back to the counter and explained to the cashier that my fries weren't done and the cheesesteak tasted like it had mayo instead of cheese on it. She asked like she wasn't concerned with my complaint. I ate a little bit of the food because i was hungry. I have been coming to this place since it first opened and never had a complaint about the food. I i hope the owner will check the changes that have been made before he looses more customers.

It was very hard to read the menu monitors and the staff were busy chatting about another employee. I ordered the classic ½ Philly sandwich and while it was good the size for what I paid $7.95 for was not great.

They either shrank there portion size or they just forgot to make it their king size when I ordered recently.
Man! So sad to post this but I’ve been coming here for a while now and it’s sad to have driven 30 mins for this and it was mediocre and that’s a complement tbh. Meat taste different, idk it just didn’t taste right, it’s not how it used to be. Very sad because prices are higher and quality is very low. Hurts to say, I will not be back.

I have this place a second try because at the beginning of the pandemic, I came here but walked out when I saw an employee handling money and making a sandwich without changing gloves.the female worker changed her gloves and was very nice and gave me great service.I shared my previous experience at this store with her, and she apologized and said they are never to do that, and they change gloves. I'm glad I came back. My food was very good.

We were excited to try a new place and my hubby really likes steak sandwiches! Unfortunately, we walked through the front door, and although gloved, the employee making food sneezed right into the glove and then proceeded with the food prep. We won’t get to try this one.
