Man! So sad to post this but I’ve been coming here for a while now and it’s sad to have driven 30 mins for this and it was mediocre and that’s a complement tbh. Meat taste different, idk it just didn’t taste right, it’s not how it used to be. Very sad because prices are higher and quality is very low. Hurts to say, I will not be back.

I have this place a second try because at the beginning of the pandemic, I came here but walked out when I saw an employee handling money and making a sandwich without changing gloves.the female worker changed her gloves and was very nice and gave me great service.I shared my previous experience at this store with her, and she apologized and said they are never to do that, and they change gloves. I'm glad I came back. My food was very good.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Worst "sandwich" if that's what you want to call it. Gross greasy meat, stale bread, old pickled peppers- they almost bubbled in your mouth you can tell they're old. Just so gross. Took 2 bites and threw it away.
We were excited to try a new place and my hubby really likes steak sandwiches! Unfortunately, we walked through the front door, and although gloved, the employee making food sneezed right into the glove and then proceeded with the food prep. We won’t get to try this one.

First time here, ordered the Motown, large to share with my husband. The sandwich was too sweet an overload of sweet peppers, could not taste any cheese, the sandwich was very oily/greasy soggy bread and flavor of nothing but sweet greasy peppers, terrible, still belching and neither me or my husband finished our portion.

Their food here is soooooooooo good!!!! Whenever we travel this way (over an hour away) we always stop here for grub. And then extra to go because it's so good! Giant proportions and delicious! Thank god we don't have one closer because I think we'd eat there daily! I have only tried the regular original cheesesteak sandwich and loaded fries but I imagine all fabulous, as the go to is always so satisfying! Highly recommend this place!
