I love chicken express on North Texas and in North Texas because it’s close to my house and everyone there is very friendly or quiet but the one in Suisun they have a lot of originals there from when I first started going to chicken express A husband and wife that works there they’re very very very very very friendly. We have children the same age and so we always have good things to talk about. I just love them so much. I hate the fact I don’t live close to that location because they give chicken express a good name and they give me a great experience.

The place is really rundown inside and honestly looks like it’s going out of business. Very unappealing when you walk in. Customer service was also poor. The chicken tacos were very small and the chicken was bland. The salsa was awful. The beans weren’t bad, but also not very good. Not sure how this place has 4 stars, it looks like most of the reviews are old. Don’t waste your time.

I went on April 4th and was very specific about not wanting tomatoes (pico) in my food. They added it anyway. I ordered a regular size mashed potatoes but they gave me a small. I immediately called when I got home to see what could be done. The man on the phone said he'd put my phone number in the books so the next I come they'll replace it for me. I went in today and that didn't happen. The guy at the window still tried to charge me for my order today. When I explained the situation to him he only took off the amount for the potatoes and still charged me for my tacos. I paid, much to my dismay and called once I pulled away. The same gentleman who had just "helped" me said that I couldn't talk to a manager as she was getting ready to leave. Horrible service. I'd rather drive across town to the Fairfield location or wait until I'm in Vallejo. Suisun location needs to work on their customer service. They screw up and I have to essentially pay double for their mistakes.

Delicious rotisserie but incredibly expensive. Four pieces of chicken with no extra prep, two extremely small sides, five tortillas and a drink was almost $20, and the strawberry cake that pushed it over was a decent but simple sheet cake with no fruit. You can literally buy a whole rotisserie chicken at any luxury grocery for less.
