I went on April 4th and was very specific about not wanting tomatoes (pico) in my food. They added it anyway. I ordered a regular size mashed potatoes but they gave me a small. I immediately called when I got home to see what could be done. The man on the phone said he'd put my phone number in the books so the next I come they'll replace it for me. I went in today and that didn't happen. The guy at the window still tried to charge me for my order today. When I explained the situation to him he only took off the amount for the potatoes and still charged me for my tacos. I paid, much to my dismay and called once I pulled away. The same gentleman who had just "helped" me said that I couldn't talk to a manager as she was getting ready to leave. Horrible service. I'd rather drive across town to the Fairfield location or wait until I'm in Vallejo. Suisun location needs to work on their customer service. They screw up and I have to essentially pay double for their mistakes.

Delicious rotisserie but incredibly expensive. Four pieces of chicken with no extra prep, two extremely small sides, five tortillas and a drink was almost $20, and the strawberry cake that pushed it over was a decent but simple sheet cake with no fruit. You can literally buy a whole rotisserie chicken at any luxury grocery for less.

Great little place, the super burrito is one of the best iI have ever had. Excellent chicken.
Had to take my Springer Speltinhaufler over to my pal Wrigley Fee`eld, his shop in Suisun specializes in the repair of such apparatuses, and his work guarantees a smooth discharge of the projectile. On my way in I spotted the Chicken Express Restaurant and thought it'd be a great place to get the hunger pains taken care of, it was. ☆☆☆☆☆

Chicken burrito is A+++! And Hospitality was 1000%. Walked up to the door not realizing it was 8:59, basically closing and I was not turned away. Very rare these days and much appreciated after a 12 hour shift in the work truck. Thanks guys, I will be stopping by anytime I'm in the neighborhood ????
