By far the worst dunkin donuts ever !! The Indian people who run this have absolutely NO customer service skills and don’t even attempt to. Rude and unprofessional, never provide any napkins, sauce and as soon as they hand you the bag through the drive thru they walk away. The inside is also extremely dirty and unkept. Trash cans always over flowing and yet only a single customer in the entire building. Absolutely terrible staff.

Staff is very RUDE. A staff member asked the other staff member to help me, she just literally put her hand up and waved me off, didn't even turn around. Sad this is what customer service has come to, staff members are very unpleasant and unhappy.

Restroom extremely dirty!!! Urine all over toilet seat, no toilet seat covers, very smelly!!! Informed the crew, (very unfriendly)and begged two times if I could use the other restroom, they said it's locked and they don't have the key. Never again!!!

I visited specifically for the bucket of Munchkins for Halloween. I placed an order via the app, scheduled for later in the day, and it was ready by the pickup time I chose. I was able to pull right through the drive thru and grab my order. The lady who gave me my order was very friendly.
The pumpkin latte was just ok, watered down by the time I arrived, and the munchkins were slightly disappointing. The picture showed some with sprinkles, but I only received plain, powdered sugar, and a few chocolate. The bucket itself is very cute, but the lid doesn't fit! Oh well. It will work for candy, I suppose.

I really love the snackin bacon I literally go get it every other day but after today I will not be coming back they completely ruined it for me my drink is so thick they poured probably two cups of strawberry puree and my Rockstar energy drink it tastes so disgusting if it wasn't so hot outside and I didn't have a newborn baby I would literally drive it back down there my fiance brought it home to me and I'm so disappointed literally all I'm sucking is straight strawberry syrup through my straw.. then I call and try to speak to a manager I should have known they weren't going to actually answer the phone... Every time this place just gets worse and worse but this time I really got to draw the line

This could be a good place with the combo Dunkin' Dounts/Baskin Robbins, but the employees are so unhappy. Customer service is REALLY bad. We have been ignored for several minutes waiting about half the time we go there. Literally, no one says hello, goodbye, thank you, you're welcome, come again, nothing. Employees don't seem to want to be there. They move slowly, sluggishly. Its such a strange atmosphere to walk into with not one person making eye contact or welcoming you or saying they will be with us very soon. We are always just ignored until they are ready to help us. We go there for ice cream and coffee drinks, and I don't think I've ever seen any of the workers crack a smile since the place opened.
Kid-friendliness: The employees literally don't care to make ice cream exciting for children. No smiles, no eye contact, no manners.
