Ironwood American Bistro offers a delightful dining experience with friendly service. The golden beet salad and brown rice risotto with pulled chicken were flavorful and hearty. The rockfish dinner special was good, although slightly less flaky than expected. The beignets for dessert were a hit with plenty of blackberry jam and vanilla cream sauce. The spinach and mushrooms flatbread and short ribs were highlights on the menu. The risotto with homemade sausage was also a favorite. The atmosphere is cozy, with EV charging available in the parking lot. The Cheeseburger, made with 1/2 pound Angus Beef on a French-inspired brioche bun, was moist and subtly seasoned, reminiscent of a meatloaf sandwich. The crunchy fries added a nice texture to the meal. Overall, a great spot for American cuisine with a touch of French influence.
