One star simply to let everyone know this restaurant is now permanently closed. It is NOT open. Been closed 6 months
We loved everything about this place. And town.
I have chosen this rating based on different factors: food, customer service and atmosphere…. I bought a rocket fish dinner with a bed of white beans and spinach. The fish tasted good, but the beans were undercooked- this is what ruined my dinner….. the cost was almost $30:(
After sharing with the waitress about the beans, she said “ they cooked a big pot of beans in the kitchen and they were well cooked.” Also, she added, I can’t void the price of this meal - even when I didn’t asked for this-
My advice to her was: tell the people in the kitchen that they need to cook the beans a little longer so they are soft and not hard like peanuts.
The Manager of this restaurant should be more proactive and make sure that the food they are serving to the public is right. Tasting all the food prior to open the restaurant it would be a great practice.

My youngest child and I enjoyed a lovely dinner here in late July! They had the pork chop and I had scallops. Everything was delicious and the Beignets were fantastic! Highly recommended ?❤️❤️

Came here for first and last time today. The only good thing was the waitress, everything else was a fail.
Ordered app "hand cut" fries with watery dip.
These are the same machine cut fries I can buy at the frozez food section of my local grocery store. They were served limp barely warm and greasy and had no seasoning on them. Also missing from all tables...salt and pepper. If this is an american bistro, then what is more american than salt and pepper on the table??
Ordered flatbread with sausage. The flatbread was disgusting lifeless no seasonings the tomato sauce tasted like it just was pulled right out of a can and smeared onto the flatbread Little random blurbs of cheese and little random chunks of sausage. This is like something you would get at a movie theater snack bar.
Ordered "gulf shrimp" fettuccine. All of the pasta was broken up and stuck in clumps. This is indicative of something that was cooked previously put into a refrigerator and then pulled out and thrown in a pan and reheated. The shrimp also were so overcooked there was no more shrimp flavor left it was just a hard crunchy disgusting shrimp. The sauce was kind of a milky sort of seafood broth I guess. Again lacking seasoning no fresh parmesan and nothing to put on the food to make it taste better I guess would be the word.
One appetizer two entrees one iced tea one margarita $71.
20 minutes after we left I started having cold sweats felt like I was going to throw up had to stop the car at a convenience store get a bottle of water. I definitely think that that shrimp was old and possibly that the fettuccine was also old did not sit well in my stomach.
As far as the atmosphere in the restaurant, it's scattered with random things like books and signs, I found it funny that one sign said from farm to table ... I don't know how far that farm was but it must have been a long way from my table because nothing I had was fresh nothing I had was good, again except for the server she was very nice.
If you are the owner and your reading this you have serious problems I know I saw some five-star reviews so maybe it's hit and miss but one miss can zero out 10 hits. Seriously need to revamp your menu, get some better cooks that know what they're doing in there, and clean up all the scattered junk all over the walls there's big heavy books sitting up on shallow shelves over people's heads. We live in an earthquake prone zone in California and you have heavy books that can fall and slam somebody in the head. Not very smart if you ask me.. 45 minutes after eating that meal I still can't decide if I should just deal with the feeling of disgust in my stomach or throw it all up to be done with it and reset. you owe me $81 and an apology. Life is way too short to eat food like I had tonight. Do yourself a favor shop around find a better place to eat. Unfortunately you probably need to go to Vacaville.

Weirdest atmosphere.. they have house furniture, and they are not farm to table they need to take down the signs. The wait staff is very sweet but the food is horrible my burger tasted like fake buttered popcorn

If you enjoy great food, good size portions, excellent service and outstanding desserts you must dine at this restaurant. It has a dog friendly, outside patio area for those who like to bring their pets. Put this restaurant on your menu planning this week. We have introduced several groups of friends to this restaurant and all have loved their meals.

I have had multiple meals here they are all good so far. The fried chicken is fantastic, the pork loin is tender, juicy and will leave you wanting more. The coup de grace is the mashed potatoes and gravy. It is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff and atmosphere are tremendous. Do yourself a favor and dine here. If you're disappointed it’s a you problem.

We showed up @ 740 as they close at 800. We were given a warning to order fast in a way that was more like a threat than a concern. Other than salt, spices were very limited. The salt was thick. One of the servers was nice (Pauly).

It’s always a great evening for us dining at Ironwood. Food is always delicious and they make us feel really special.
Love this place. The open kitchen is awesome. The owner is engaging with everyone. The flatbreads are great. Just a great atmosphere and food to go with it.
