Great place to get ALL the flavors for a decent price $2ea. There today 10/19/24 for my husband's first time & he was happy to find strawberry & I the pumpkin. The female employee however made the experience memorable. In a bad way. She appeared to begrudgingly walk out from the other room, no smile, hello, what can I get you....nothing. She never thanked let alone acknowledged us or made eye contact even. She should not be in retail because she obviously doesn't know how to interact with customers. Is she not capable of speaking? Never uttered a word.

You can not go in the store anymore so that was Meh, then you can not tell if it is open. Lastly the cookies that used to go over the ice cream is small....has that happened to anyone else.

Bought some It's Its for a walk down main street. Great location with a littlr window. I didn't realize they had so many flavors! Vanilla, mint, chocolate, cappuccino, and more!

Love this place. Bummed price has skyrocketed on the singles now. Used to be $1.25 and now $2.00 each, so cheaper to buy at the grocery store for 3 in a box. The only good deal is if you buy 12 or 24, and if you are looking for flavors not in your local store- then you can find your flavor here.Good for if you are in the area walking around and wanting a last minute ice cream, but not for making a special trip out anymore to buy 2 or 3.....unless buying 12 or more.
