It's It ice cream was a perfect treat as we were passing through heading back to Reno. The service was fast and friendly. The ice cream ( 1 vanilla and 1 mint) was delicious!

Pretty easy to get to from i80. Was researching online to visit the factory store on the peninsula South of SF and found this gem. All the same products and ice cream sandwich only $2 each!! Will be a regular stop for my frequent drives from Sacramento to the Bay! Note, parking was limited as only street spots available. However, had no problem finding a spot Saturday around noon!

We came at 1:07pm and my daughter gave the woman a $5 bill her change was $1 since we only bought 2 my kid came back with the ice cream I asked where’s your change she said what change I told my kid to go back and the woman took the dollar out of the tip jar and gave it back it’s bad enough two of the employees that work here are never at the window you wait almost 5-7min for them to show up and now you take advantage of a kid and kept her change I watched her from my car and she ran to the back be mindful letting your kids buy ice cream from here and make sure they can count some are to excited by getting the ice cream and forget

Have enjoyed their products for decades! Their outlet has flavors that grocery stores don’t necessarily carry. Chocolate, strawberry, cappuccino, pumpkin, green tea and of course vanilla & mint. They also have Big Daddy ice cream sandwiches w/o the cookie and super sundae. It’s it Minis also sold here! 😋😋😋

I feel like shrink flation has hit our beloved It's IT. I always remembered the cookie to be just about the size of the ice cream. I mean, these cookies are small. We have eaten way too many over the years, not to recognize. And why are we still having to stand out side through a widow still? The girl just doesn't want to be there that helped us. No personality.
What a great spot to relive childhood memories! The lady working was so kind and our It's It sandwiches were delicious!

Great place to get ALL the flavors for a decent price $2ea. There today 10/19/24 for my husband's first time & he was happy to find strawberry & I the pumpkin. The female employee however made the experience memorable. In a bad way. She appeared to begrudgingly walk out from the other room, no smile, hello, what can I get you....nothing. She never thanked let alone acknowledged us or made eye contact even. She should not be in retail because she obviously doesn't know how to interact with customers. Is she not capable of speaking? Never uttered a word.

You can not go in the store anymore so that was Meh, then you can not tell if it is open. Lastly the cookies that used to go over the ice cream is small....has that happened to anyone else.
