Christmas night, it is raining outside and everyone wants to grab some food. Good experience the team working the evening shift were working hard. Kudos to all the team working that evening. Big kudos to Mickey working the front register to gather the food for the customers. Communicating to his colleagues and the customers. Jack in the box provide bonuses and extra care for this team. Good job Jack in the Box in Suisun City.

Absolutely disgusting, I came here nov.4th 2025 at 5:15, and the dude working there let out a disgusting burb as he took my payment and didn’t even apologize. Before that he was extremely rude to me over the telecoms. I’ve never left a review like this in my life. But I hope this damn dude gets fired. Because that was absolutely disgusting. -5/10

Was a super busy time. The staff was working hard to advise they would be right with us. Manager suggested using the app or kiosk to save time. That was a good suggestion! Food was good. Didn't have to wait long. The staff handled it well!

Last night 10/18 was extremely busy. Even with the chaos the gentleman working were doing their best. Marcus showed us top notch customer service. If he's not a manager he should be promoted. He was running the show with grace and resilience. Thank you!

I've always had great experiences at this location. Bummed out you guys didn't have the color changing cup when I went in today so I didn't end up buying anything as my main purpose was for the cup. Wish there was a way to see which location has them

I go to this one all the time. But tonight a young man, Marcus, working the window, seen me struggling as I have limited use of my right arm. He went above and beyond to hand me my food and drinks, while the whole time being reassuring and patient.

I was double charged from the ap and waited for so long for the refund - which I still haven't gotten and the manager gave me someone else's receipt when we left - we waited so long that our food was cold.

The burgers are made fresh and taste good. Unfortunately their french fries, which is a big part of why you order a meal are always garbage and taste OLD. They used to give old french fries before until people complained then for 1 year their french fries tasted normal. Then suddenly the fries are garbage again and the reason why is the management tells the employees to REFRY old french fries. The other locations are better. No one wants to pay for OLD french fries that won't get eaten and just get trashed anyway

I only come here for breakfast. The hash browns are always under cooked or burnt. I almost always have to throw them away. The sandwiches are always a mess. But what got me today was a long, thick hair sticking out of my breakfast sandwich. It was cooked deep into the egg, I couldn't even pull it out and threw it away. This is not the first time at this Jack in the Box with hair in my food, but over the last month, it's gotten worse and worse there. Will not be going back there again. It's not worth it. Now I'm at work with no breakfast and $14 wasted $$$.

Walked in and ordered from the kiosk and stood in the lobby for a few minutes before anyone even asked if I had placed a order. I think customer service is a thing of the past.
