Christmas night, it is raining outside and everyone wants to grab some food. Good experience the team working the evening shift were working hard. Kudos to all the team working that evening. Big kudos to Mickey working the front register to gather the food for the customers. Communicating to his colleagues and the customers. Jack in the box provide bonuses and extra care for this team. Was a super busy time. The staff was working hard to advise they would be right with us. Manager suggested using the app or kiosk to save time. That was a good suggestion! Food was good. Didn't have to wait long. The staff handled it well!

Last night 10/18 was extremely busy. Even with the chaos the gentleman working were doing their best. Marcus showed us top notch customer service. If he's not a manager he should be promoted. He was running the show with grace and resilience. Thank you!
