Jacks pub is a local Suisun bar with lots of different alcoholic beverages to choose from. Don't ask to mix things there. I'm sure the bartenders will happily mix for you, but this is more of a shot and beer place. They have a pool table there and a DJ for karaoke as well, but not sure if this is an everyday thing for them. If you're ever in Fairfield-Suisun visiting or looking for a meetup spot, this would be the place. It is next door to a couple of local restaurants as well.
