Krispy Krunchy Chicken

I ordered from door dash. Their menu says 12 pc chicken and 6pc tenders with biscuit and fries. I get my order and no biscuit or fries. I called the place and they said I only ordered chicken and tenders. BS. Do not order online. They do not try. Completely incompetent. Also they call a large a single serving of red beans a rice. Not worth the money.

Have a time when you stop cooking chicken. And stop serving it because at 8:30. If you tell me you just cooked it an hour ago. It shouldn't taste like it's been sitting there for a long time.

This review is for the one in the marina,not the one on Walter's Road. There were 3 people in line and the guy 2 people ahead of me ordered chicken and a drink so the clerk took his money and started helping the next person in line without completing his order.The lady ahead of me got checked out ok but I got chicken and a soda and by now a lady was behind me so he rang me up,didn't get my chicken and started helping the person behind me without completing my order and the worse part was that there were 3 other guys behind the counter talking and 1 was eating pizza while the young guy was steady trying to ring people up without finishing the first order first.On top of that the chicken was so bad that I ended up throwing it away. I don't reccomend this place at all. If you want Krunchy Krispy chicken go to the Bonfaire on Walter's Road. Don't go to the Suisun marina.

Went to get some chicken tenders. Got ignored. Finally, they paid attention to me and just found the customer service horrible. Will never be back.

Chicken always seems fresh. Always Krispy. Always Krunchy.
