Every time I come to this place they’re always out of something. I tried ordering a coffee the last few times I’ve came and they always said they’re either out of milk or the ingredients needed to make anything else (like horchata). When I tried to order one of their sandwiches I was told no more sandwiches for whatever reason. Don’t know how they run out of any ingredients at all when a restaurant should always be overstocked with ingredients for this reason. Very bad management is probably the issue here. Otherwise the coffee wasn’t bad last time I actually got one. Don’t know if I’ll be back since I end up wasting my time most times I try to go here and leave with nothing.

Food was good but they were missing some of the menu items and said that they were not available. Like no potatoes it was replaced with french fries and no fish sandwich. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Well, after being told that they didn't have chicken, we were then told that they couldn't sell us the rosé that we could see on the counter because the girl couldn't find it on her screen. We ordered croquettes pollo but we're again told that they didn't have those. Finally got our food (after a pretty long wait considering the place was almost empty) and it was... Ok. Nothing special at all. Not sure how this place got over 4 stars. The server was friendly, but I don't think we'll be back again.

I went there once and I loved the food and the desserts. Highly recommended. I will go again when I have time.
The food is good, but the thing I enjoyed the most here is the customer service. I can tell we are valued. Thank you.

The food is ok. I have tried the arepas, the chilaquiles breakfast.
The service is good. They dont take too long. But everytime I have visited they had done something wrong with my order. Last time, chilaquiles didnt have fresh cheese. And when I asked for some they hesitated until I mentioned it list the ingredients on the menu. Barely had any after. Coffee is only refillable one time.
The food is EXPENSIVE. one arepa, about 4-5 inches in diameter is $14.50!! I tried the rumbera which is good, but the cheese on top is just cold shredded cheese. Since the arepa is hot, I would think it would be hot. Their salsas are good tasting. I did love the dulce de leche dessert. Again pricey but good.
The place is nice, bathroom is clean. You do have to come up to the counter to order and they will bring your food to the table. But they still suggest a 15% tip.
So even I do like the food and the place their prices are just too high for what it is. Considering a full dinner plate averages about $15 in a sit down restaurant, here one arepa cost you $14.50 and an empanada I believe is $9. The chilaquiles where a bit cheaper like $13. Small plate. Had fried beans, a couple of sunnyside eggs and two small portions of chilaquiles a red sauce and a green sauce. Red sauce was good. Green sauce very bitter. Didnt eat them.

The food is very good. I love old school puerto rican food, so this place definitely hits the spot. Empanadas were filled with meat and not just a bunch of dough. The churassco with chimichurri was like being back in puerto rico. I will be back. From the outside, the shopping mall it's located in looks a little sketch but it's worth it. The dining room is small but doable of they aren't too busy.
