Very disappointed with the cake. Aesthetically, I don't think it's worth it. Especially if you order something many days in advance, I think that no one would like to have this type of work delivered to us. It was malformed, wider in some parts as if it had been done on the run. It was for a very special person. It made me so sad that I decided it was better not to give anything, rather than present it like this. I appreciate the kindness of the lady who served me and made it clear that I am not questioning the quality of her restaurant. Maybe it's just me who is unlucky this time.

We got the arepa with pork and the tostones rellenos and both were super flavorful! The pork was so juicy and delicious. The variety in the tostones was great, the shrimp was my favorite. The cilantro sauce was the best followed closely by the chipotle sauce. Can’t wait to return!Vegetarian options: Options with cheese instead of meat available
OMG! Come eat here! I had the Desayuno Tipico, a simple breakfast of egg, a small bowl of beans, a little square of mild soft cheese, and plantains. I expected starchy plantains but was delighted to have sweet ones! It seems there is a such a thing as platanos maduros.Everything was perfectly flavorful. I added no salt, no pepper, and needed no extra sauces although they were offered.

The best Latino restaurant in town! Beautiful little place with a wide variety of dishes from around Central and South America. The Bandeja Paisa is my favorite dish by far, the best version I've had of this dish anywhere in the United States. The arepa pabellon is fantastic, the cortadito coffee is DELICIOUS, and all of their pastries and empanadas are so tasty! Wonderful staff and wonderful atmosphere. Please support them!
It is located in a small outdoor mall in between several other small restaurants and grocery. My daughter and I wanted to grab coffee and the place was clean, cute and cozy. We were pleasantly surprised. They have drip coffee, lattes, and a pretty good collection of pastry. They were beautiful..we fell in love. They were not just good to look at but really really yummy too. They had the puffy cheese roll, guava cheese roll and other pastry and smaller cakes. There was a wait for the coffee but it was understandable because they make it as you order. The staff was very friendly and explained and answered my questions about the fillings. Highly recommend it!!! We skip drinking coffee at home when we know we are going to this area.

Had to leave a review of their annual Rosca de Reyes - Three Kings Bread (January 6). This is the second year picking this up from la Guagua and it is so well done. The bread is soft and not too sweet and the dried fruit and fruit paste strips are high quality. I think the darker ones are guava? Not sure about the orange ones. The color sugar stripes are crunchy and melt in your mouth. My kids have so much fun finding the three babies. Overall this is a wonderful place to grab some pastries and a coffee. Staff is very warm and it's fun to see them around town. They had a tent at the Turkey Trot this year! After the race all their empanadas were gone! That's saying something.
