We randomly called Los Altos after being given a 2-hour wait time at a nearby Mexican restaurant. So glad we ended up at Los Altos! The four of us sat in a booth in the bar and were greeted warmly by the bartender who took our drink order. Before long we were relaxing & sipping delicious house-made Cadillac margaritas. Between us we had chicken wings, fantastic chicken burrito, along with a Shrimp dish and a beef dish. Portionswere huge and we were all full and happy. So glad we tried Los Altos and recommend that you try it too!

It took over ten minutes to be acknowledged at the door. After ordering, it took about 40 minutes to get our food. The chimichanga I ordered was dry and flavorless and only had meat on one half of the burrito. The waitress only started to be polite toward when the check was handed to fish for tips. I can't recommend this place.

We love Los Altos. My husband and some friends compare the food to other Mexican Restaurants in the area and they say it is much better/authentic. The waiters/waitress are always nice, but I think some times understaffed like most restaurants these days.
