I’ve worked in fast food before I know it’s busy but I ask you don’t use the same blender tool that you just stuck in caramel or mocha coffee then place it directly into my drink because now I I have a drink that should not contain coffee at all with coffee in it. I ordered more than one at that… Cross contamination is a health and safety concern. A follow up with the local health department will be made.

I went to McDonald's to pick up my counter mobile order of fries that I ordered for my son and I was waiting for my husband to get his drink because he ordered food for himself and the lady at the counter proceeded to tell us once you leave the restaurant you can't come in and refill your drink and I said ok I'm going home. I was so confused and felt like I was immediately categorized by her because I was in sweats and a baggy sweatshirt she assumed that I was homeless I guess… it's sad but it's your own people sometimes. She was very rude and I felt disrespected by her actions. Some people don't know what it means to be in customer service.

The Suisun City location can not seem to get any order correct. I order extra pickles and I get none. Not rocket science here.
Came in because I just wanted some meat patties. I'm pretty sure my order was forgotten. I waited for over 30 minutes. People who came in way after me were given their food. I had to go up to the counter with my receipt and ask for my food. It was another 15 minutes wait for that. Maybe just ordering patties is unusual and messes with the flow of making food. I do know that my food wasn't fast.

I know good help is hard to find but the employees that work here have to be the most incompetent I have seen in the fast food industry. Can't even get a simple order right ! Out of the last 8 orders I have got from here 7 of them were screwed up !
