Came in because I just wanted some meat patties. I'm pretty sure my order was forgotten. I waited for over 30 minutes. People who came in way after me were given their food. I had to go up to the counter with my receipt and ask for my food. It was another 15 minutes wait for that. Maybe just ordering patties is unusual and messes with the flow of making food. I do know that my food wasn't fast.

The cashier looks like is a team leader but her attitude and service really needs to be retrained. She is worse than a new take. Didn't repeat my order and turned out didn't order my coffee, she blamed me it's my fault that I didn't order it, and with attitude. Then when she finally made the coffee, she didn't hand it to me even though I was just standing in front of her waiting for it, she put it on top of the waiting order cabinet and someone also waiting...
