Ordered the heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day, and this is how it was delivered

I bought a 15.00 gift card as a Christmas gift for my grandson who loves pizza a lot and who shops their on his own frequently . When he went to use it he was told the the card reader was out of order . The second time he went to use it they told him it was invalid! I was furious as I showed him my bank statement and had proof that I was charged! Also I had my receipt of purchase and I showed the manager my bank statement where it had been taken out! I was there 30 minutes as he was refusing to acknowledge my receipt of proof! As though I was a scammer! I am a 78 yrs grandmother! My grandson is under 21 but works part time at Federal Ex. Only because customers were coming in watching did this management finally return my money. He even said that I took a long time to come forward as my receipt said December 22, 2023 and today is January 18,2024. ! First of all it was a Christmas gift . And I explained it to him that I had a eye procedure first week of January and couldn't come until today. Not to mention gift cards don't expire! Only because I have as persistent did he return my money! I will never ever go there or buy a gift card from them they have terrible customer service!

The food was shockingly good.I ordered the chicken club thin crust over the phone . Several minutes later I got to the spot checked it out. They have an entertainment center located to the left of a building. Customer service was ehhh. I'm thinking next time I'll order the ice cream with my meal .

You need ID to pick up pizza if someone else paid for it and they want to see the card I showed the guy the picture of the card and the ID and he still kept telling me now he want to take my phone I’m worried about getting the pin number off the card and I don’t want him to get the pin number and he refused to give me the pizza even though I showed him the ID and the card over and over. He was really really mean never come here again, you shouldn’t need ID to pick up pizza if you don’t like people you shouldn’t be in Customer Service

Hubby are recent transplants to Rio Vista, and whenever we are out and about shopping, we are now in the habit of finding the closest Mtn Mikes to take a pizza home with us. We've now been to three different locations, but have been to this one Sunset twice now. We've tried the Hawaiian one and the BBQ Chicken Ranch one and LOVED both of them. Mtn Mike's pizza are fully loaded with toppings with just the right amount of sauce. Too many pizza places like to drown their topping in too much sauce. NOT MTN MIKE!!! Mtn Mike's are definitely our #1 goto pizza place!

Worst salad bar ever. Been there twice in six months. Was horrible both times. Second time the bow tie noodles were mushy it looked like soup. All ingredients are just put on top of old stuff and mixed in with it. They get a one star for customer service, speaking good English, and they have great beer

I like mountain mikes, but their service has really fallen off. At one time they seemed pretty strictly about service. The employees are cussing and discussing their personal issues out loud, and somehow I'm waiting for my pizza to be remade. They forgot they put my pizza on top of the oven. Get it together. This place is a nice place to eat and watch games. Their staff has to match the Ambiance, not chase customers away.
