Hidden gem. Unassuming adjacent to an Ill placed liquor store, Ohana Hawaiian BBQ is perfectly located for those looking for something different, despite the close proximity of that saliva inducing, addictive Orange Chicken being pushed by a husky panda down the street. But Howzit you ask? All gravy bruddah & sistah. When ordering plate-lunch (main+Mac+2 scoops of rice) I asked if I could sub a scoop of Mac for the overly generous scoops of rice...this was done at no charge....

Exactly what my man wanted. He’s been craving bbq for months now and due to my healthy lifestyle we haven’t crossed paths with a joint like this. I did try to order the fish bowl thinking it was the fresh grilled fish. And paid an extra .75 cents to make mine a all veggie/fish bowl. He ordered the ahu’s bbq mix.They are super fast to complete our order. The fish in the bowl was a large sized fish! He loved his que and macaroni salad off his.Kudos to CJ for helping me out.
