Ordered food for the Scandia Elementary fundraiser, I ordered a plate and got beef and broccoli…. My plate came with 4 pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of beef ??‍♀️ do better.

Food is ok....even fine....but the service stinks! There's this light skinned Filipina who is apparently the shift manager. Me being dark skinned, doesn't warrant a "hello we'll be right with you" or ANY kind of acknowledgement! Just lousy presence of a team leader as she sets the tone for everyone else. The hardest workers are the spanish girl with a cast and the dark skinned Filipina supervisor. Those two earned my 2 star rating. Everything and everyone else is subpar to below acceptable..*Update* went in there for a last minute grab for dinner two days ago. Now the dark skinned shift manager has a greeting problem as well. So now, that subtracts my original 2 stars, to 1. Well for sure make an extra trip to the Vacaville location since this place has old stale super greens and lousy customer service. (Please remember management, a "hello" goes a long way ?

Rude employees not all, barely put anything in your order skimpy, only allowed to have one sauce and you can't have any if you can't teriyaki sauce if you don't buy teriyaki chicken. This is ridiculous. Will not be coming here again!

I just ate my broccoli rice bowl. But I bought broccoli BEEF via drive thru around 1pm. There was beef but I thought I paid for more than a 1inchX 1inch piece of BEEF. I'm a very disappointed neighbor.

The chicken meat was odd in the mushroom chicken kind of like rubbery and not like real chicken. It was somewhat better in the green bean chicken.The noodles were good but I like the real thin noodles better that I'm used to in southern Calif.My husband had teriyaki chicken and it didn't have any teriyaki sauce on it so he didn't care for that. We went through the drive through and they didn't offer any soy sauce or chili sauce or fortune cookies and I should have asked I guess. So I had to park the car and go in anyway.I was very hungry so at least I got full but my husband didn't eat his and he gave it to our dogs. They are it.

Service terrible . When you ask for fresh food they get upset. Marciella likes to argue with customers trying to tell customer how food is made like they haven't been coming here for years before she worked here. Beef and broccoli was dry no shrimp no egg rolls beef dry no chow mein and debated with me over sauce. She is too aggressive with customers of minorities. Paying customers should not be disrespected. She is a new worker I'm not a new customer. She had attitude everytime you ask for fresh food. She is not a cook but server but likes to argue about how food is supposed to look like. I asked for fresh food they didn't want to make it but then did for another customer. I already paid for my food then they decided to make fresh so I asked for what I originally ordered here comes the attitudes like the side is coming out there check. Marciella was not my server but Alejandra . Number one rule don't argue with customers . She likes to cause a scene by just helping the paying customer. I'm not paying the same price for old dry food when store doesn't close until 1030 when it's only 830pm. These workers are lazy they wait until everything is gone then ask cook to make it then give customers a half hot plate of food because plate sat for almost 10'minutes fresh food with old food . MARCIELLA HAD FOOD GLOVES ON TOOK OUT HER CELLPHONE AND TOOK A PHOTO OF ME WHERE IS THAT IN Training TO SNAP PERSONAL PHOTOS OF CUSTOMERS WHILE PACKAGING FOOD WITH sane gloves. The hand hygiene is here is terrible the touch all over register with gloves and then proceeds to make a plate with same gloves replay video footage hands are not being cleaned. I told alejándra to wash her hands then Marciella got an attitude and tried to embarrass me after I purchased goods in store saying she does this all the time. What who wouldn't want fresh food when I'm paying for it of course. There is absolutely no reason why she took a personal photo of me in a kitchen working with food. I did not give her permission to take a photo of me as if I'm not under a camera in the store. It's ok for customer service workers to gang up on a customer who paid for her food. Talking with there hands getting upset this customer service . They work register then touch on food products without washing in between .

Pissed off. Who doesn't put the option to get sauces with panda on DoorDash. Top it off why would you not put sauce on the side for teriyaki chicken. ? annoyed

Waited ten minutes+ to order with no line. Drive through girl was making food for drive through ignoring everyone behind me, manager told us that we couldn't eat in the lobby because they were closing. We arrived at 830 and didn't get served until 855 with no line. Horrible experience.
