I would have given no stars if the app allowed however this was the only way to get the word out

Whenever I’m in town to see my mom I go to Papa Murphys being that it’s fresh and I can pick the options myself as I eat pretty healthy and clean and I have back injuries .
Well last night the pizza was completely inedible , my son and I went to bed hungry eating only some of a slice . Even though it wasn’t good I’ve never had an issue with Papa Murphy and their customer service has always been above and beyond , well that is .. mostly in Vacaville I’m not to sure what have happened to this Papa Murphys . I go in to tell the manager about the quality of pizza and I’m completely interrupted , met with no empathy or compassion and felt him and the other bigger guy wanted to take their frustrations out on me .And they flat out did NOT TREAT ME LIKE A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!

Let me add I have an injured and had to delay my trip back home, well I was accused of having fake back injuries , was labeled a scammer all with my son right there. It’s so sad being treated like a criminal because you’re black however I was willing to show proof and was denied the opportunity. I still have the entire pizza minus a piece and had pics yet was laughed at and threatened to get kicked out if I didn’t leave .

I am definitely contacting HR ! Terrible customer service and management at this location , it’s no wonder it looks abandoned upon walking in !
