This was one of the weirdest, most uncomfortable drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. First off, I sat at the speaker for five whole minutes with no greeting. No ‘one moment please,’ no acknowledgment—nothing. When someone finally responded, they just said ‘second window’ in the driest, rudest tone like I was bothering them.

Then, I get to the window, and instead of a normal interaction, the employee swings the window open so hard it smashes against the brick wall. It was so aggressive I literally thought the glass cracked. No greeting, no ‘hello,’ just straight-up attitude.

To top it all off, after handing me my food, both employees just stood there staring at me. No smile, no ‘have a nice day,’ just blank, awkward staring. I don’t know what kind of customer service this was supposed to be, but it was beyond unprofessional and uncomfortable. If you hate your job that much, just say that. Do better.

Drive thru person taking the orders was very rude kept interrupting when I was placing order asking if that completed my order I tried telling her to give me a minute to look at the menu to make my choices for the orders but couldn’t finish saying it because she stopped me again asking if that completed my order like she was in a rush to do something else no car was behind me or in front of me to justify the way she was rushing me so I left with out getting my kids their lunch smh hope she was able to do whatever she needed to do

The cashier he was very polite, the place is clean and the food was good and no complaints

Not fast, and I got the tiniest pieces of chicken that I’ve ever seen and definitely not worth the the 6.50 I paid. Not to mention I had to wait in the parking lot for 5 to 10 minutes while they prepared these three tiny pieces of chicken.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
TODAY WAS MY 2nd TIME AT THIS LOCATION IN SUISUN CITY BUT THE 1ST TIME I ACTUALLY DINED INSIDE!!! ALEX WAS MY CASHIER WHOM HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEAN & FRIENDLY!!! I ALSO ADMIRED THE MANAGER'S ENERGY MOST OF ALL WHCH I BELIEVE SET THE ATMOSPHERE FOR HIS CREW!!! MY FOOD ORDER WAS PROMPT & I ALSO NOTICED HOW QUICK DRIVE-THROUGH GOT THEIR FOOD PROMPTLY AS WELL!!! A FEW CUSTOMER'S CAME BACK IN WITH THEIR FOOD BUT WAS VERY SATISFIED WHEN THEY LEFT BECAUSE THE MANAGER SPECIALIZED IN SATISFYING HIS CUSTOMER'S I CAN TELL BECAUSE NOT TO MANY PEOPLE HAVE THE PATIENCE & COMMON SENSE!!! ALTHOUGH MISHAPS HAPPEN THROUGH DRIVE-THROUGH WE ALL KNOW WE GET WHAT WE PAID FOR IF IT'S ON THE RECEIPT & IF NOT FOR A SMALL FEE IT CAN BE BOUGHT...SO THE CUSTOMER WENT TO GO GET EXTRA MONEY!!! LOVE THAT CHICKEN!!!! lol😉

Took over 10 minutes in drive thru and when I got my order, one of the meals were wrong.

Guys if you are doing drive through at the place .. please check you order see if you got exactly what you ordered … because I ordered the 6 pice wings with ghost pepper and when I got home it was just plain wings with nothing on it …. They do it intentionally…. When you order chicken sandwich make sure it’s not soggy because they pre make the sandwiches and put in a container while the heat of the chicken creates water droplets in the bag by the time you get it it’s all chicken with soggy batter … it happened multiple times… so I make order with no pickles so they have to make one fresh with chrispy Chicken and not soggy …

They will short you on your order if you don’t check your bags. Ordered 18 wings, 3 flavors. Received 12 and when I pointed it out he said oh you got all the ones that were made. He also didn’t give me my dipping sauces ordered and kept asking if I wanted them. I wouldn’t have chosen them on my order if I didn’t want them sir. They also skimp on the flavor sauces. Had to ask for my chicken to be coated like advertised and not drizzled over.

Last two visits my order was wrong. Upon a 3rd visit on August 4, 2024. My order was completely wrong. The guy gave me the total of $12.78. I gave him a 20 and 78 cent. We'll he gave me the sub total and not the after tax. So he hands me back all this extra change. ??‍♂️ Never again

I went here and used the app for first time. They have a deal buy a sandwich combo get a free sandwich. I was pissed because of the long wait time but they definitely made up for it with extras.. Big box of fries an extra sandwich and extra soda and apple pie!

It was a very good experience, they got our orders right and even gave us the sauces we asked for.

Parking: It kind of tight when it's busy. Right next to a gas station. Pulling in or backing up can be a bit difficult when people are going to the drive thru.
