Awful service when I say awful I mean it it’s super bad the food had some bugs in it and a piece of hair and he was rude and racist and said I don’t serve your kind.

Paid for extra red sauce and extra cheese. Did not receive, but I did get a 2 inch brown hair. 😢

Picked up the phone then they forwarded my call to some mailbox which happened to be full so will not order from here again

This Round Table has gone downhill! I will drive across town to patronize a different location. The customer service is dry and unwelcoming, and they are not knowledgeable. I don't know if it's a lack of communication from upper management, but I received an email about the rewards program restarting and I couldn't even get my question out lady enough before I was cut off with, "we don't use rewards." Then not to mention, now when you call, you go through a call center routed outside of America . I was disconnected right before my order was placed, and then when I called back, I couldn't get through. ..not sure if the server went down ??‍♀️

After a 45-minute wait, my pizza was incorrect. Great!

The food was great, place was decent.. Only thing is my family wanted to watch the football game on their screen t.v. , place was empty, mind you.. We asked a worker if he could change the TV and he sure, then the supervisor saw what he did and said, no you can't do that, for no reason, acted real rude about it, even got mad at the worker for changing the channel, they weren't even watching in the first place. ???

Pizza is good, but completely overpriced. The glory days of Round Table Pizza apparently died in the 90s. It might be fine for take out, but way too expensive.
